The entrance to the property is located inside a historic building dating from the late 1800s, and the studio apartment is accessed via a wide internal staircase—there is no lift—leading directly to the 2nd floor.

The tiny house maintains a pleasant indoor temperature year-round—cool in summer and warm in winter— the space is bright, with a window overlooking the inner courtyard that offers the typical view of the old, working-class homes in Naples’ historic centre, immersing guests in the traditional atmosphere of the narrow alleys.

The minimalist, handcrafted finishes create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. 

The space is compact but very cosy and private, equipped with an intercom and a reinforced, sturdy front door.

The tiny house consists of a main living area with a reinforced door and a bright window, equipped with all the comforts: an electric kitchenette, sink, storage compartment, sideboard, dishes and pots, electric kettle, toaster, a traditional Italian coffee maker and an international one, refrigerator, table, 2 chairs, an independent electrical system, and various accessories.

The bathroom is small, private, and cosy, featuring a sink, a toilet, a quick and functional hot water heater, and a hot shower; it is a built-in, brick-walled room, separate from the living area.

The sleeping area is located on a sturdy loft, accessed via a convenient internal staircase; the floor is made of polished cherry wood, which is easy to clean. The sleeping area includes two single beds, a built-in shelf, a colour TV, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a small table, two chairs, sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.
