Not a standard American hotel, but close walking distance to most everything in Naples. Short walk to shops, cafe’s and shopping. Room was clean, A/C was a wall unit but it worked perfectly. The owner was very responsive whenever I needed clarification on check in directions etc. . Make sure you d-load WhatsApp for communication. Nice balcony overseeing a very busy street. One great thing that impressed me, we arrived a few hours early, (Check in @ 2pm) messaged the owner and they kindly held our luggage safely in lockers. The very nice cleaning lady was there and she was very helpful! Only downside is the road noise was loud at times, they do a good job of trying to prevent it from being too loud, but it’s Naples, it’s busy, and it’s loud. So know what you’re signing up for. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs. Also the shower took quite sometime to heat up. Recommend turning it on for a few minutes to warm up before getting in. Overall 4/5 and a good decent stay. For the value it does the trick. Would return if back in Naples.

Disappointing stay

Advertised as a 5 star Suite however this is not 5 star. Unfortunately in the room you could hear all going on next door or at reception. Leaks through the ceiling.
