Very beautiful stop located at near everything’s wanted to see, great food, Bellini Statue Piazza, and shops nearby and close to trains to airport. Lovely clean space, beautiful architecture in cool comfortable neighborhood. Staff very friendly. Definitely going on my top ten list.

I went on a trip with my wife and stayed at this place. It is centrally located and the streets look a little rough and some evenings can be noisy because it is in a lively area. However the place is very nice, rooms are well kept and equipped, staff is very very helpful (explaining things, offering good breakfast, help with booking taxi). It has a lift to help with stairs. Highly reccomended

I contacted the host and he offered to send Simone to clean- he was responsive but our stuff was scattered everywhere. Overall very nice staff and location is in the middle of historic location.

The property is centrally located but difficult to find as there was very little signage. People who are not phone savvy may have difficulty accessing the property as it is electronic access. The property itself was very clean. If you have an early morning tour booked you will not get breakfast as it is served between 8 and 10 am.

The hotel is excellent insofar as It’s beautifully designed, maintained - apart from the building elevator being out of service. A MAJOR PLUS is that I don’t think I’ve ever been as instantaneously attended to in any hotel like I was at this hotel. There isn’t anyone onsite but the WhatsApp messages are read and dealt with within seconds, day or night. So, the hotel is great, five stars, but factors beyond the property itself detract and despite my satisfaction with the property, prevent me from giving it a perfect rating and recommendation. Primarily it’s the noise from the streets, from the bar downstairs and all of the other bars around the piazza. It is a nighttime spot for hundreds of students to congregate. They are LOUDLY partying until at least 4:00am every single night throughout our stay. Saturday night was especially loud and never-ending. Adding to the negativity regarding the noise level is the dirtiness of the neighbourhood, the difficulty in navigating the dark, gloomy streets filled with garbage, broken glass, and speeding scooters, is kind of scary if you’re not accustomed to these kinds of environments, it’s off putting. So… Overall, the hotel is great. The woman preparing the breakfast and attending to the rooms is amazing. The neighbourhood is a lot to take in if you’re not used to this. However, if you can adjust to Naples as it is, you will find the hotel to be well situated. We walked EVERYWHERE. Naples is an experience that can’t be written about

Fantastisk och väldigt unikt designad lägenhet. Bra läge mitt i centrala Neapel. Rent och fräscht. Extra plus för vatten, juice och en liten flaska vin i kylskåpet.

I did not even stayed here I had to walk away when I got to the property. I was super mad first dealing with AI to check in because no one is at the property . When I got there I was surprised that we are in a building where other people live. Very dirty and smelly area . You will first see trash cans by the entrance. The elevator is so tiny and hot I am claustrophobic person the minute the door closed I couldn’t even breath and was super slow. Got into the room it looks clean but for some reason did not feel safe so I left hoping I will get my money back .

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The bathroom door broke and fell off the hinges on the first use, which we had to carefully fix since the door is made of glass. Entry into the building isn't easy and the website did not always work. There was a sauna in the room that was marketed on hotels.com as included in the rate, but it was not functional and required additional payment to use. The final straw was that this property is right in the middle of a university party area, and there was extremely loud music blasting through the walls until 3:30 in the morning. I got zero sleep. We ended up leaving the next day as the hotel was not acceptable to stay in. The property refused to refund the unused days.
