Great Location

Fantastic location!

We loved our stay! The location of this property to beach is great! It is a short walk to beach and wagin from the garage worked great .The pool area was so fun for the kids with great afternoon sun! The canal was peaceful with dolphin spottings. The house is well stocked and worked great for our family of 8. We’d love to stay here again.

Xmas in Paradise

We spent a week on Marco Island, FL from Dec 16-23, 2023. Great 4-bedroom house with a heated pool, plenty of space, close to the beach, wonderful outdoor area out by the pool... we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay at this house. 10 min walk to the beach. Located on a quiet canal. Great for the kids: fishing, not too close to other houses, great pool. Would stay again

November 2022 Stay

We had a great time at this house. It had just about everything we needed. Loved the pool and the 12 minute walk to the beach. We were happy to find beach toys, stroller and pool toys for the kids. The house was big enough for my wife and I, our daughter and husband and 4 granddaughters. We are coming back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Marco Island. The back porch was our favorite spot. There is a grill, a place to tan, a pool, and a place to eat. The place to eat outside has a ceiling and a fan, which makes it a great place to still eat outside even if it is raining. We even saw a manatee and a dolphin swimming in the water while relaxing on the back porch!There were some minor issues. The TV service was cut off when we got there but the rental company was very professional about it. It eventually got turned back on after a three days (we were both at the mercy of Comcast which is why it took so long). Regardless, the rental company agreed to give us a discount for the inconvenience.The house was generally in excellent condition. The pool was amazing, and everything was nice and clean. It is also in a very quiet area. When we went to sleep, it was pitch black and silent in all the bedrooms. Marco Island is a very quiet area at night. If you want night life, go to Miami.This house could use some upgrades though. The beds in two of the rooms were very uncomfortable. All of the pillows for the beds were also very cheap and uncomfortable. Also, the ice maker on the refrigerator didn't work (it made ice, you just couldn't use the door to get the ice). There was also a small issue getting the microwave to work. These are all very minor issues though.In the end, this house is a great value and we truly enjoyed our time staying at it. There is room for minor improvements but overall it was a great house at a great value. The back porch area is FANTASTIC!

Anniversary on Marco Island

We actually caught 10 fish! The house was a pretty long walk to the beach. We were going to ride bikes, but lock was missing! The cable was there, but the lock was not! Had one large palmetto bug appear in the bathroom which grossed us out! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and definitely would rent a house again, but would choose one closer to the beach!

Location!

Hermoso lugar para relajarse de la vida de Ciudad perfecta localidad muy cerca de la playa donde puedes ir caminando y a la vez disfrutando donde vas a poder ver Liebres y Burrowing Owls y muchos árboles frutales de Mango. Recomiendo ver el atardecer es todo un espectáculo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, short walk to the beach. The house definitely could use some deep cleaning, paint and updating. The HVAC system needs to be maintained, the ceiling air ducts were black and gross leaving me to believe that it was the cause of my allergies going crazy. The pool was clean and nicely maintained but some of the beach chairs needed cleaning to remove mold. The kitchen was overstocked with way to many sets of dishes and odd cooking fixtures, which left no place to put any groceries. It lacked any sharp knives, could not even cut a pineapple Overall, the location was what made the stay nice.
