Perfect family getaway

We had the best time here for our summer family gathering! The pool area was especially nice for activity and relaxing with privacy. Lovely home, clean property with lush landscaping. Great communication with the host. Great location! Highly recommend!

This is a great property with all of the upgrades and a great pool. The house has everything you need for the stay, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Just a short walk to the beach access (less than 5 minutes) and couldnt have asked for a better stay

Wonderful stay at this lovely home.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. It had everything you could possibly need and more. Mark from itrip checked in on us during our trip and was a pleasure to work with. Walking distance to the beach was a plus and the outdoor area was beautiful to relax in around the pool. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to working with itrips again!

My family and I love staying in this beautiful house. Everything is top notch. The ease of communication with Shari is great, the location of the house is close to beach and restaurants, and the pool/outdoor area is by far our favorite place too hang out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful new home. We loved the location! It is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed including a high chair and crib for our grand daughter. We enjoyed riding the bikes throughout Marco Island. Close to public beach access. Everything you could need for the beach already in the home. (Chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys for kids). Convenient location. Went to the beach everyday as it was so easily accessible from the home. Bikes are great. We used them almost every day to go to the coffee shop or just for an evening ride. House is gorgeous! The pictures do not lie! The house is very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and other household supplies. All beds were very comfortable. Loved it and hope to return very soon!

Great Family Vacation to Marco Island

This property is in great condition and wonderfully laid out for a family vacation. There are plenty of towels (bath and beach/pool), well equipped kitchen, private pool and lanai, and just a short walk to the beach. The garage has plenty of space and is loaded with every bit of beach equipment we needed for a family of 7. We only had young adults, but there were toys and baby gear too. We loved sitting outside visiting on the lanai and jumping in the pool anytime we wanted. We rented bikes and rode to the beach or walked some days too. The house is within a short drive to most restaurants and main streets that made it easy to get places easily. This property was perfect and we would book again should we every visit Marco again!

Family Vacation May 2018

We stayed here in with my 2 young children. The house had everything we needed and is in a great location - short bike ride to restaurants, miniature golf, beach. The home is newly remodeled, very well appointed, and clean. There are 4 bikes, beach and pool towels, beach chairs, beach and pool toys, and coolers. There were even cold beer mugs in the freezer. Outdoor grill area was great. Keep in mind you will need household items, such as toilet paper and paper towel, etc. Not a bad thing, but just something to be aware of. The home is very well equipped otherwise. We will be back!

Absolutely perfect for laid-back family vacay!

We will be returning to this home for sure! Marco Island is a beautiful place and has a lot to offer families and couples alike. This home was picture perfect and the owners have stocked the house with all the necessary items a family could need while visiting. The quality of the furnishings are notable and it truly feels like what you would want in your own home. We were impressed with the details. A healthy supply of towels, dishes, cooking and baking items and THANK YOU for not emptying out all of the dry goods (dish soap, garbage bags, and laundry detergent) from past guests! We have rented many vacation homes and each time we have had to purchase all the dry goods that could have just been passed on to the next guests. Perhaps this was just a fluke and it doesn't happen every time but it shows a level of friendliness and kindness IMO. The house is bright and has an island feel. Housekeeping is perfection. The open concept is great for being together and the pool/lanai area is picturesque and ideal. The pool could have been a bit warmer for us but we dealt with it fine. (We did NOT request for the heat to be turned up during our stay.) The location is truly a 5 min walk to beach access, and the JW Marriott Hotel and Spa. We found the beach to be clean and wide for kids to run and walk for several miles each day. And so many restaurants to choose from. I would suggest renting a car on Marco Island to get to all the restaurants and visit Naples. Overall, this house is a large part of what made our stay amazing. Thanks Shari!

Rested and refreshed

Our stay at Marco Island was part two of our Florida vacation. We knew we needed a place to land and relax. This home delivered all of our expectations. So clean, so perfectly appointed, so close to the beach, so full of comfort. We chose to eat in most of our meals, grocery store is close and all things kitchen are there. The coffee maker was clean. The pool and outdoor kitchen were used and enjoyed. Pool noodles and floats are in great condition. We appreciated that there were child alarms on doors leading to the pool, although we didn’t have any kids in our party. The beach public access is a short walk and thank you for such a great selection of needed beach items. Chairs, wheeled carts, wheeled cooler, umbrellas all in great condition. Just perfect. There are bicycles also in mint condition. Having the use of a garage for two cars was important to us. Again , even the garage was sparkling clean. Trash day instructions were clear and having trash picked up twice a week was nice. We cooled off in the pool, read books with cups of morning coffee, walked to beaches every morning early and watched the world wake up, played in the gulf in the afternoon, napped, went back to beach for sunset cocktails. ( Sunset Grille and Quinn’s) slept on comfortable beds. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home for our landing place to rest and refresh before easing back into work world. ( although there is sweet office space in the home, we tried really hard not to pull out our computers and work. Mostly we succeeded 😁)

We enjoyed our one week stay at the pink flamingo house! The location is wonderful and the house was very clean and spacious. We could walk to nearby restaurants and, more importantly, the beach! There were a few issues we notified the property manager of shortly after arrival such as broken refrigerator drawers, a crack in the kitchen window, and an extremely dirty grill that was a potential fire hazard when in use. The property manager responded very quickly and came out to the house to measure the broken items for future replacement. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the pool as well. We would recommend this house to friends and family since the issues will be resolved.

Beautiful Marco home

We stayed in the Pink Flamingo house for 4 week in February 2022. The house had everything we needed. The house is new, clean and beautiful. The outside patio and pool are wonderful. We all loved the sectional sofa and the gas fireplace table for cool morning and nights. Also we enjoyed the outside kitchen. The pool is beautiful with tons of pool toys and floats for the whole family. Our grandkids liked the pool more than the beach. The location was great to walk to the beach. There were wagons, beach chair, umbrellas and beach toys. The kitchen had everything we need. The house had a wonderful layout. The master bedroom bath is beautiful with an amazing shower. The house decor is done beautifully but very practical. We loved all the beautiful artwork in every room. Mark was an amazing property manager. We had very few problems but when we contacted Mark he was available immediately. We would love to rent the house again. The is a five star house.

Fantastic Stay

House is beautiful and so close to the beach! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Tons of chairs, umbrellas, toys and beach wagons. Quick walk to beach access right by the JW Marriott. We walked up the the JW tiki bar from the beach for afternoon cocktails! Grab a drink for sunset because the sunsets are amazing! Pool was beautiful and the lanai was perfect! We enjoyed sitting around the fire every night. Plenary of space in the home for the 5 of us. Comfortable and did I mention, clean!! Easy walk or drive to several wonderful restaurants. Highly recommend!

Very nice house and a comodations!!

Very simple renting! Property is gorgeous with lots of homey touches. Outside area was excellent for playing in the pool, relaxing and getting away from everything. Would recommend this property to anyone. Very short walk to the beach and the Marriott which is what we needed.
