However it is in kabukicho so be prepared for crowds and a lot of police/security on friday, saturday, and sunday night. Another thing is i have been to other hotels that give a lot more amenities than this hotel. "

"There are no breakfast available for my room . I expected to get complimentary breakfast when I booked. I have to book 2 rooms because 2 adults and 1 kid (11 year old). I requested 2 rooms connected but they offered 1 room on 9 floor and other 4 floor. This is worse experience I had, they r so busy so they don’t care. "

The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, offering a wide selection of both Western and Eastern dishes. My only complaint is the gym, which lacked any resistance training equipment. Even a basic set of dumbbells up to 20–30 kg or a few kettlebells would be a significant improvement."
