“The location was perfect. We were about three minutes from the local subway station and were able to connect easily to get around Tokyo to all of our desired locations. The Japanese BBQ restaurant immediately around the corner was fantastic. Service and food were amazing there as well. The management was very responsive and provided for all of our basic needs. “Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a group of 5 people and the place was very comfortable for us, with extra space that we ended up using. It was an extremely convenient location within close walking distance of two different train stations, convenience stores, and other shops and food places. The air conditioning was so welcome in the August heat. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The place was next to the train tracks but we barely heard the trains, especially with the soundproof……

“Staff was very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage early before check in as we were already in Tokyo, we really appreciated our stay here as it had lots of room to spread out and was clean.”

“The room is too small and definitely not enough space for place 3 beds there. There is no any spec between each bed and Then it only has a very narrow hallway you even couldn’t open the languages. ”

“Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!”

“This was our second time staying at this property. Masa-san and his wife are incredibly kind, generous hosts. We love the neighborhood - so close to the Asakusa subway for easy access. Peaceful neighborhood that also has great energy. We will stay here again and again!”

“A great location and house-we loved the shops and restaurants near the house as well as being close to the train and subway lines. If you want a quiet, local feel house, this is the place. We went in and out of downtown Tokyo but always had a nice quiet place to come home to! Definitely a place to come back to. ”

“We were a large group of 8 people. This is a small two story, narrow place with a third lower height attic/loft. The place was fairly clean but the first night we heard a critter in the walls, probably a mouse or rat. We heard it is common in older houses to have that issue but it did throw us off. There are no separate rooms or doors to close. It’s basically dormitory style. It was fine for what we needed but wouldn’t be our preference and we will not be staying here again.”

“Very clean and quiet. Easy access to trains through Yotsugi Station. Nice family area and kitchen. Really appreciated having a washing machine with clear instructions. A bathroom on the first and second level was nice. Only change would be to have the air on when arriving. It was very hot and took a while to cool.”

“Nice, cozy and conveniently located ”

“Kevin was a fantastic communicator and helped us with clear directions to get to his property including videos of how to get the trains and a video of how to walk there from the station.He also provided us with instructions and advice on local eateries and restaurants.His place was super close to a 7/11 and supermarket and was a quick 5 minute walk to the closest train station.His house had everything we needed for our stay.
