「Pros: Grundsätzlich alles. Das Appartement war schön und entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Pool war perfekt und das Meer fußläufig erreichbar. Cons: Nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Für den Pool hatten wir nur zwei Armbänder wir waren aber zu dritt sodass einer von uns gehen musste als es überprüft wurde. Da die Wohnung für mindestens 4 Personen ausgelegt ist sollten auch vier Armbänder da sein....

「One tiny a/c unit for the main room , not effective at all. Fan provided that circulated the hot air. No blinds in main room. Stiflingly hot. Mouldy fridge. No bedding or towels provided. Very tired bathroom. Host doesn't speak English so all communication is in French or Spanish. Host was friendly but apartment is not suitable for summer as it's south facing with no protection from the sun. Grounds and building are not well kept with dog mess on pathways. Pool unfriendly to visitors!...

「The location was superb. 15 minute walk from the train. Close to the canal, the tourist office, the cathedral. Ver clean, had everything we needed. Loved the shower. Historic area, great to explore! Carrefour across the street for groceries and wine. Bus stop nearby. It is 2 floors up, very old narrow staircase if that’s a thing, no problem for me and a carryon. Would book again!」

Es führt direkt ein Durchgang vom Gelände an den Strand( 30 m) . Ins Zentrum von Valras Plage kommt man über die fast direkt an die Wohnung angrenzende Promenade in einem kurzen Spaziergang(1,5 km). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich mit Zugang mit Codes . Parken auf dem Gelände...
