Stunning home Salento
House charmingly renovated and modernized in the center of Nardo 'a few steps from the beautiful Piazza Salandra. It 'consists of lounge, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one in the main room with a beautiful antique bathtub and' other with a spacious shower, large kitchen and two terraces, one of 60 sqm accessible directly from the kitchen, fully furnished and " other 100mq reachable by an external staircase. The particularity of the house and 'the fact that an easily accessible from the kitchen without the inconvenience of stairs terrace level. The ceilings are vaulted ceilings, antique floors. There is heating, air conditioning, wi fi, washing machine, television. The house is 15 minutes from Lecce and Gallipoli, 4 km from the sea. In the house there are sheets in three languages (Italian, English and French) with all the necessary information about beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, places to visit etc ...

Very nice and central apartment
Nice location with and very supportive owner!
The apartment was very clean and nice decorateded! Perfect for a family of 4! We especially liked the terass with entrance from the kitchen. We are already planning our vacation here next year! Thank you Susanna!
