"We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. "A wonderful escape, especially after 5 activity filled days and nights in a hot and crowded Rome. The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens, perfect sunsets and, yes, we had donkeys, sheep and deer for neighbors. The house is spacious and comfortable, uniquely furnished with works by Orvieto Craftsmen and murals featuring the gardens and the donkeys. We were 11, ranging in age from 4 to 78 and took full advantage of the amazing pool complex, including hot tub, sauna and misting showers....

"We had a wonderful 6-week stay in George's amazing house, and, as previous reviewers have said, benefitted from the many facilities it offers. Although it is an authentically historical building, it offers comfort, cleanliness and a friendly, warm atmosphere. The view of the countryside from the dining table in the garden was a constant delight and Todi itself is absolutely enchanting.
