「Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place! 」

「Great place to say … three bedrooms….slept six perfectly… walked to Narragansett town beach very easy walk literally 0.7 miles…drive and parked due to chairs/umbrellas etc…clean…. Large dining table for eating or to play games… air conditioners in all rooms kept place nice and cold which is sooo valuable! Great communication with owners with my questions. Would definitely recommend!!」

「Had a wonderful time. Caroline was an amazing host. House is easy walk to beach and the beach cart and chairs provided were so helpful. Nice private ish yard and plenty of space to store outdoor beach stuff such as boards and chairs. This is a newer rental so we just recommend a few things such as outdoor table with umbrella, a privacy solution for the shower, and a few more kitchen items. Overall this is a wonderful beach house to rent for a long weekend! Thank you!」

「To be honest, we had an incredible time during our stay! The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything—great coffee spots, shopping, amazing restaurants, and the beach! The house itself has all the amenities you could ask for, including a ton of games, a gym, and a sauna. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, this place is perfect. We will definitely be back!」
