“Great location in a quiet neighborhood.”

“Our family of five stayed for a long weekend. This was in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a path that led to the beach. The home was large and welcoming. Large kitchen perfect for cooking a couple meals a day. Great food in the area. Short drive to Newport for activities with the kids. Would highly recommend for those traveling to the area.”

“This beautifully decorated house was the perfect setting for me and my college friends to reunite and celebrate 40 years of friendship. The house is so comfortable and perfectly located - a quick walk to the wall where I watched the most beautiful sunrise. The porch is amazing and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed. “The house is better than the pictures, the owners are so kind and very responsive (via text) to any questions. 1 block from the beach, open the windows at night and be lulled to sleep by the waves! Loads of beach gear too (chairs, wagon, coolers & umbrellas). Amongst the best experiences I’ve ever had! Bravo 29 Hills Parkway!!”

“The property was so clean, inviting and warm . Really did feel like I was home . The location was fabulous easy day trips to block island Newport and Scarborough beach ! Enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the beautiful water views. Everything from booking to check in /out was effortless and Jared was a great host ! Will be back for sure !!!”

“It was exactly what we needed! We were here for our daughters graduation from URI. We had extended family with us and we all fit with plenty of space. The dogs were welcome, and there was no dog smell that some dog friendly rentals have!!! We were within walking distance of the trails so I could take them for exercise every morning!! We have been visiting here a few times a year for the past 5 years and we have always done hotels or motels, I would come back to this house again!!! Everything……

The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful”
