“We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. Low ceilings upstairs add charm but may be an issue for some. None of us are tall so we weren’t bothered. Lovely view from the deck/backyard and from the two queen rooms upstairs. “We loved our stay! Our host was very attentive which made our check in and out, easy. The house was FULLY stocked which was a huge plus. We would absolutely consider renting again on our next trip.Although it did not detract from the overall stay, I would like to warn guests (especially older guests) of the raised dining room, which you can see in the property photos. It is elevated above the kitchen and the living room areas and the two floor levels blend in seamlessly. Even knowing the step……
