“We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. The house was awesome, just what we needed, almost exact to the pictures posted, light and bright, plenty of room for everyone, big kitchen for holiday prep, lots of decks for viewing beautiful sunsets, good location for beach walks. the elevator was super handy for luggage, groceries and when you’ve had enough of the stairs to the 3rd floor. “Joe and Kait are wonderful hosts—very communicative, helpful, accommodating—and the house is just as it looks in the pictures. It was a perfect house for our group of 10–6 adults, 4 kids—great comfortable space for hanging out, cooking and eating, and sleeping. It had everything we needed. We made great use of the entire space, the yard especially—soccer and football even though it was cold. It was the absolute perfect place to celebrate our family Thanksgiving, and we’d definitely do it again. ”

“We had a wonderful time in Narragansett! Check in was easy! Our host was responsive when we needed them. The house had everything we needed and more. Included sheets and towels which was great. The kitchen was fully stocked and included spices and little things we forgot (aluminum foil, ziploc bags etc). The home was clean and very spacious. Perfect for our group! It was a great location… within a 20 minute drive to a bunch of the state beaches. The local beach was great too, just under a mile……
