「We had a wonderful time at this little cabin on the lake. John was extremely helpful and friendly!」

「It was a wonderful experience. The house is amazing and provides for every need and want. We had 13 family members from 8 years of age up to retirement and it was comfortable for all. We all loved the pool, the game room and spacious living areas, as well as having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. It was perfect for our family reunion. 」

The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water...

「I love Iowa in the summer and this place was a perfect way to enjoy sunsets, a scenic river view plus water access and good space for getting together with friends. 」

「Wow!! What a wonderful stay at this magnificent loft apartment, where modern, rustic, and electic meets. It is truly a "show home" that has a very comfy feel to it that makes it a home away from home. I would highly recommend this property for a very comfortable stay in Waverly. 」
