「This is our second year to stay at a property on the Caddo for the Christmas Holidays. With our kids having families of their own, we needed a place to accommodate my husband and I plus six other adults and three young children two and under. This property was perfect, it had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!」

「This was a great place for my kids, family and I to visit AR and go diamond mining. The creek out back was also great and the kids spent a few hours down there, while we were able to sit up top on the back deck and watch them. Would visit again for sure!」

「This cabin was like new! Everything spotless and so many nice touches! Dishes and games/pack and play if you have kids. Outdoor area is nice with fire pit and more. Bed was super comfy, high quality linens. All around excellent! Highly recommend!」

「The property is a ways off the beaten path over a narrow rural road and a gravel road. A bit strange to park underneath the house and climb stairs to the ground floor, but it’s a lovely house with a killer view of the Little Missouri River! Pretty new, very clean and well furnished. Loads of party room both underneath the house and a huge balcony deck. We enjoyed the property and would recommend it.」

「We love this property and have visited it multiple times over the years. They have made some very nice improvements, adding multiple layer decking so you can access the river. We just love it. Not far from Mt Ida where we live to go digging for crystals. The inside of the cabin has been updated with new beds and frames, which made us very happy. The inside of the cabins is always very clean and inviting. Be prepared to eat outside, as there is no table inside, only counter space. The outside is...

「Overall this is a great property. All is exactly as listed. SUPER clean which is important to me. Grounds were very well maintained. Cabin was tastefully appointed yet simple and not cluttered with “cabin type stuff”. Kitchen was very well stocked. Washer and dryer was great. Comfy bed and furniture. The covered parking was a fantastic bonus especially when an hailstorm came! Outside, fire pit was good, served the purpose but bring your firewood with ya. Pond was awesome to just sit and look at...

「No one in the office. Pushed a ring door bell someone came from across the highway. Just was told key was in the cabin and that it was unlocked. Didn’t see a sole the whole weekend. We were left to find for ourselves. I cleaned the ac filter it was yucky and it worked better. The mattress was awful. Beds need replaced. We did enjoy the stay. It was within yards of the crater. Not sure if I will stay again.」

「Cleanliness is our top priority! This house passed our inspection!!!! Very peaceful and as advertised. It is very close to Crater of the Diamonds and a little over an hour to Hot Springs. We didn’t eat at any of the local restaurants. In Hot Springs, we ate at Rocky’s Corner and would definitely recommend for pizza and pasta. The only small challenge at the house were the beautiful, vessel sinks being on the tall vanities. It made washing your face and brushing your teeth a tad challenging....

「The house was clean and kids enjoyed playing in the creek. House was easy to get to and in a great location to get around and visit different sites in the area. Would gladly stay here again if we ever get back to the area from Michigan.」
