Why limit the cabin to a 5 star rating? The cabin was wonderful. It's a steep driveway to this gorgeous oasis, but very manageable (but beware if traveling in the winter). You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect. Excelled expectations. However, the couch and love seat probably needs replacing. Extremely uncomfortable to all 4 of us.

The cabin is very, very nice and seems new. It was also very clean. The location is extremely peaceful fairly deep into the woods, up on a hill off a country road across from a farm. The sleeping accommodations were great. It has two bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with a twin bed and a twin trundle. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the other two share a hall bath. Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels were all included so no need to bring them.

Best equipped rental property ever!

We were blown away by the Abel vet Forest! Short girls trip was made very special by this place. Everything was immaculate.. and comfortable. We felt like home in 3 minutes and wished we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was especially well equipped and made it easy to cook breakfast both mornings..

Would book again & again!

From the moment we drove up the long driveway, we fell in love with this cabin. It sits at the top of a hill surrounded by trees. The wrap around covered porch was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and sunshine. It was also cozy in the evenings when we gathered together to share family memories and what we enjoyed most of our day visiting the area’s shops & restaurants. The cabin was clean. Basic supplies like paper towels, trash bags, & toilet paper were provided. Loved the fully stocked kitchen! The bathrooms were good sized and have heated floors. The property management company communicated with us before & after our stay providing all the necessary details. We’ve stayed at many cabins in IN, OH, MI, KY, and TN. This cabin is now one of our favorites. We would book the Velvet Forest cabin again and again.
