Your relaxing oasis in Green Hills, Nashville's uber upscale neighborhood. Super safe. Nearby to Bluebird Cafe, world-class shopping and casual-to -ancy restaurants. Your side of duplex includes beautiful sun room, living room/kitchen combo, bedroom and bath. Back yard under renovation but already has multiple seating areas. 10 minutes from Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipbscomb universities. You never know which music stars you will see in the local Whole Foods? Private spacious parking area.

SOOOO Much Better Than a Hotel!!!

Found a quiet property outside of downtown that was infinitely better than a hotel. With a great three-season room as our favorite seating, we enjoyed this cozy home away from home. Everything was a described and the owners stayed in touch during our stay, including suggestions for nearby eateries. For two of us, I'll look for this place again!!

Charming

The rental exceeded our expectations. The rooms are very clean and all look as shown in the pictures. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The area is very quiet and safe. All the activities we were interested in were just a short scenic drive away. The yard is inviting with plants, solar lights and seating areas. The extras included bath robes, snacks, bottled waters, Keurig coffee and creamers, hand and body lotions, and the softest towels. The owner, John, is very responsive. He initiated conversation to provide details for arrival at the rental and also responded quickly to any messages we sent. I look forward to our return to Nashville and another stay at John’s property.
