Flies, gnats, a smelly fridge, & wet towels left in the washer at check in (cleaning crew didnt return as promised). The property mgmt wouldnt let us in the apt at check in even though we paid weeks before. 7k charged to my cc at random. AVOID! fire alarms

Beds were so bad had to sleep on the pullout couch

The place was great and the quick response of the property manager was great as well HOWEVER, the problem I reported along with photos and video was not fixed. The twin beds in BR #2 were so bad they could not be slept on. It was a basic mattress that was directly on a bed frame that was not intended to be WITHOUT a box spring. The bed frame did not support the mattress and the mattresses were misshapen like a roller coaster and indicated it had been this way for quite some time. The 'fix' was to add additional boards on the frame which did NOTHING to solve the problem as the mattress continued to be misshapen. I contacted the prop manager several times requesting the mattress be replaced and included photos and a video of the issue and, after two weeks, I have not heard back. If the beds had not been so horrible, I would have given it 5 stars, but not being able to sleep on the beds 3 of the 4 nights we were there, with not fix and after repeated requests with no contact from the management company. I continue to ask for a 50% refund, and no response.
