The home was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the location close to downtown. The sleeping accommodations were the best I’ve seen in a vacation home. I really appreciated the host’s communication. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great stay for bachelor party

We had 12 guys stay here for a bachelor party. Great house and plenty of beds for large group. Clean and quiet area with close proximity to Broadway.

About average

House was nice. A little unsure about the area, lots of litter and rundown homes in the area. Did not have any issues though. Toilet in the suite had fecal matter on the side of it and I had no cleaning supplies to clean it. I could only find ant spray and port towel to make the toilet usable. The couch in the living room was absolutely filthy and should have been cleaned or thrown out a long time ago. There wasn’t enough dishwasher detergent or even garage bags for a 3 night stay. We bought a lot of food, but didn’t realize that there wasn’t even salt or pepper in the home. All the bedrooms outside of the basement/garage area that was remade into a bedroom were fine. Overall cleanliness was below average. The bathrooms and floors were very dirty when we entered the home. Other than those few issues we enjoyed the stay and was a little below what we expected paying nearly $3000.00 for 3 nights. Unable to check-in early with a 8:15 arrival was challenging as well.

A group of friends/family booked this reservation for 7 of us, and were happy with the residence, it was exactly what we were looking for and was in a great location close to everything. The check in was easy and the hosts were very responsive with questions before the stay. Overall we were happy with our stay and would book it again.
