Great spot for Nashville stay

My friends and I were in town for Pearl Jam and this was the perfect location. Quick walk to the arena and Broadway. The building itself is very nice, clean, well appointed, uses the Latch app to access the building, garage and unit. We had an issue with our codes and our host was responsive and helped get the issue fixed quickly.

The place was great! It was so open and bright!! The host was very accommodating and responded quickly if you needed anything. The location was great, just a little walk to Broadway!

Mom & daughter weekend

The six of us (mom and daughters) celebrated a fun weekend in NASH. This was a great location and we loved the place so much. Spacious, clean and well equipped. The building was extremely secure and we felt very comfortable moving around the building.

Close to downtown

This property was close to down town (walking distance to Ole Smokey) but it was easier to take Lyfts. The only thing I did not care for was having to download an App to access doors and parking was tight but we made due. Would recommend.

40th birthday celebration weekend

This condo was the perfect fit for our group of 6! We loved the design, layout, and walkability. We did have a bit of trouble in that the kitchen was not properly stocked for cooking but after discussion with the property manager it seems some items had gone missing and that should be resolved now. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return to this property when in Nashville.

Nashville vacation

Nice combo and outdoor patio area. Need to be a little techi to check in, phone apps. Walk or Uber to downtown. Ebikes as well. Could use more living room seating if 5-8 people are staying.

Beautiful property lacking things and right next to train tracks

Beautiful property very clean but very close to train tracks and heard trains all night. Very limited supplies you would expect in a 4 bedroom condo. Very limited bath towels and wash clothes and extremely limited cookware. We are out the entire trip but if we had wanted to cook on we would have had to purchase pots and pans. Also it says it’s walking distance to Broadway but keep in mind it’s about a 1 mile walk
