I have been looking forward to this trip for months. Was excited to stay at this rental as pictures were amazing. The rental was just like pictures. The place was great and really within walking distance from a lot of places. Overall, great experience. Great place to stay

Great place!

The only bad thing I could say about this place is that it smelled like weed when you first walk in the door. It was just in the entrance hall, so I think was coming from next door. The place was comfy and cute! Great location too.

This was a great apartment for out quick getaway to Nashville. The place itself is very clean and cozy. The restaurant next door at the Waymore is terrific. They have an automated service for property management that was a little slow.

Neighborhood in rebuilding stage

The neighborhood looks like it’s trying to rebuild. Place was ok, but the building right across the front doors is a sketchy liquor store with bars on all windows. The hotel across the street is nice. Uber was easy to get and you have to Uber to all attractions on Broadway and museum's.

Very cute, clean apartment in a great neighborhood. Everything about the check-in and check-out process is automated and the codes to all of the building entrances change at midnight so if you’re with a group and out after midnight be mindful of that. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen but no coffee pods were provided

Girls trip stay

Adorable place. Check out the lobby its just as cute as the rental. Tons of photo opps. Location was close to everything, but there were a lot of homeless people hanging out in the parking garage under the building. I forgot shampoo and they had some for us which was amazing. One suggestion is to get new pillows. They are super flat.

Decor is really cool and the beds very comfortable. Just don’t look very hard and you won’t see the dust covering the fans, baseboards, night stands, and the thick carpet of dust under the beds. The latch codes to enter the building and unit are a bit tricky and change every 24hours.

Property is as stated. Bedrooms only have a closet for storage, no dressers and are very small. There are 2 small tables to eat at so 4 of us could not eat together. The side chairs in the family room were very uncomfortable. Beds were comfortable. Getting into the building was a pain. They coded change daily. We took Lyft rides to Broadway which cost between 15-20. Decor was very unique. Location was good and everything was clean

Simple and cute

The apartment is just as listed. It’s small but doable with 4 adults. My only complaint is the lock system. The code changes every 24 hours and you have to generate a new code. It’s a simple process but you MUST have your phone or you will be locked out. Only the renter has access to the code generator so if you lose your phone you are screwed. Aside from the spider web in the shower everything else was clean. There are no blinds only curtains so the rooms are really bright in the mornings.
