Great family getaway

Loved everything about the house! The house had everything we needed and was very nice. They thought of everything! It’s on a quiet, safe street very close to downtown Franklin. We would definitely come back for future trips.

Spot to stay during Pilgrimage

The house worked well for our group. Check-in was easy and we appreciated being informed that we could get in earlier than regular check-in. The listing's photos are accurate in terms of sleeping and living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms. We felt like the house could have been cleaned better. There was a lot of dust and many cobwebs. One of the beds did not have a top sheet, just a comforter. It was nice to have towels, mini shampoos and conditioners, and small bars of soap for each guest. There is a Keurig coffee maker and a small drip coffee maker. There were some filters in the kitchen, but no coffee for either type maker. If you are planning to walk to the Factory or to Pilgrimage, it's not far, but there are no sidewalks for most of the way. Not a major issue, but a little unnerving at night in the dark. Overall, the house was nice for our purposes and we would choose to stay there again.

What a perfect stay!

Details matter, and this rental did not disappoint. Property was clean, quiet and thoughtfully set up to feel welcoming and homey at the same timw. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our family of 6…cozy, clean, spacious and in a quiet friendly neighborhood in a great location. The management company was quick to respond to anything we needed. The kids loved playing the games and snuggling up under the couch blankets. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the back patio was pleasant to relax in. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

Senior Olympic trip

Great time competing in the Senior games and seeing the sights in Franklin. This house is in a great location and will definitely book again if the need arises. The only suggestion I have is either an ice maker or ice trays would be helpful.

Sister’s trip

We really enjoyed the home- very clean, comfortable and nice decor. The new outside space was beautiful and relaxing. It was perfect for four adult sisters. Adding a more visible house number would be helpful, as we came after dark and it was hard to distinguish which house. We would recommend this home for your stay in the Nashville area!!

Warm, but nice place

Place was nice, but it was rather warm upstairs and hard to sleep. The AC was locked to 74 with a PIN code so we could not adjust temp. We contacted Vacasa and they seemed surprised, but nobody followed up with us. It had to be a good 10 degrees warmer upstairs where two of the bedrooms were…
