Great Stay For Pearl Jam Concerts

Josh was very communicative and helpful throughout my 5 day visit. I would definitely re-book with him for another stay at this property if and when I make it back to Nashville. It is a short Uber Ride to all the sites Downtown. The Hot Tub was a nice way to unwind after the Pearl Jam Concerts.

Great little spot

Fantastic little getaway in Nashville that's just a short Uber away from the gulch. We actually walked to Bridgestone Arena the first night to watch the Preds game. Loved the hot tub

Quiet and close to downtown Nashville

We booked this location for a weekend trip away for our anniversary! The location was quiet, private, and the backyard with the hot tub was very relaxing. The 4 min drive into downtown Nashville wasn’t bad at all. The host messaged dining and activity recommendations upon booking to allow time to book reservations which was very helpful. The room was clean and I loved the decor. I would definitely stay here again. Great location for a romantic getaway.

Super cozy stay

This was the perfect spot for my husband and i to spend our anniversary weekend in Nashville. The space was clean & cozy, and the host was very responsive to any questions. Even provided lots of excellent recommendations of places to visit. We would absolutely stay again.

Great stay!

Close to everything via Uber. We even walked to a couple places. We really enjoyed the hot tub, especially coming back from a cold & windy walk. Would recommend!

Nice little Nashville Getaway

The space is the back part of a townhome. You will enter through the back gates to the back door. The area was quiet and had easy access to downtown via Lyft. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space.

Vacation to Nashville

This property is super cute! Conveniently located and the perfect size for a week long couples vacation. We really enjoyed the hot tub outside and the family of squirrels in the tree. The host was really responsive and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and so did my partner!

The best weekend!

This place was super cute and cozy! Exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for. So close to a lot of fun things in Nash but we loved coming back to the place to watch a movie in the hot tub! Josh was an excellent host. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Cozy place!!!

If you are looking for a great studio apartment style vibe this is it!!! Communication was GREAT!!! It’s very cozy and you can’t beat the price!!! We will definitely be staying again. It has a little cabin style vibe for the backyard and it has a hot tub!!!
