Great home near downtown Franklin

We absolutely loved this property!! Super close to downtown Franklin Main Street with shops and restaurants. Home was spacious, beds were super comfortable and very very clean! Loved the screened in back porch. Will definitely stay here again!

Cozy, well kept space near downtown

The layout of the home was just right for our group of four and we love the proximity to downtown Franklin. The house is clean and bathroom ms kitchen accessories were easy to access/use.

Perfect little cottage

We come to Franklin often & were getting tired of staying in hotels especially this time with a group. This ended up being more affordable for everyone and a lot more comfortable to enjoy time with one another. Highly recommend!

Perfect for friends!

Great house with a wonderful screened porch and large backyard. We had 3 couples and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the little touches. It’s a nice walk to downtown.

Unbelievable Weekend!

This property could not have been any better! Perfect location…extremely comfortable beds!!!…super clean…loved the retro kitchen …. Backyard was delightful. There is nothing bad we could say about this property. We love Franklin and we will book this property every time we go! EXCELLENT!!!!!

Nashville Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Franklin. The house was very comfortable, with lots of extra special touches. The location is outstanding, and walkable to downtown Franklin. The 2 bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs worked great, allowing privacy for us and our daughter’s family. The house and the location will not disappoint.

Short but sweet

Got to spend just one night at this lovely home. It was extremely clean, easy access, close to Franklin, great social media photo opportunity in back yard and Gretchen got back with me promptly regarding every question. We will go back to spend more than a night!

Relaxing at Craftsman's Cottage

We stayed at Craftsman's Cottage on West Main for a girls weekend, and it did not disappoint. The cottage was very convenient to downtown Franklin, where we took advantage of the restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the atmosphere and coffee at Elroy. The décor of the cottage is very calm and relaxing. We loved the photo ops along the back walls of the property - so cute! I highly recommend Craftsman's Cottage. Gretchen is a fantastic host! We will definitely be back.

Franklin Wild and Free

We recently stayed at your home during the Wild and Free conference in Franklin. The home was wonderful, it was fully stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect, close to amenities yet quiet neighborhood as well. The hosts were great to work with and even had a Wild and Free welcome basket for us upon our arrival. A very nice added touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Perfect for our girls weekend!

We loved this craftsman cottage for a girls trip, and it was perfect for the 4 of us! It was cozy and every room was so clean and cute. Gretchen was communicative and had some snacks and coffee in the kitchen for us. Location was great- quiet neighborhood not too far of a drive from everything. Try the Goat Yoga Nashville!:) Backyard had a cool painting that was a great photo backdrop. Be aware that the garage in the back is also a separate guest house, we got a knock on our door at night from those guests who thought ours was their house. So perhaps just make that more clear for the guests house residents.;) We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!!

The house was exactly what we are expecting. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The screened in porch was a favorite of our. We sat out there every there every night. I loved that the bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials. I would difinity stay there again.

Fabulous Franklin Home

We loved our stay! The home is charming, clean, and welcoming with a lot of nice touches. The host communicated well, access to the property was seamless, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Close walk to charming downtown Franklin.
