Nice, roomy, updated and secure condo in East Nashville. Walkable to lots of fun bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute Uber ride into downtown.

Great location!

This condo was a perfect spot for Nashville getaway! Quick ride downtown to Broadway. Lots of cute restaurants, bars, breweries close by in East Nashville! Would definitely come back!

Green Bay Packer Takeover

We came for a quick weekend to Nashville to follow the Green Bay Packers. The apt was nicely decorated, clean and beds were very comfortable. Roof top deck was nice as well. Close to everything Nashville but in quieter East Nashville. The restaurants were great and loved the eclectic Hubba Hubba Tiki Tonk!

Perfect for a group in Nashville

I visited here with some college friends. Everything was great and there was more than enough room. The two full bathrooms was perfect, and the full kitchen / living space made it very easy for us to hangout before / after our trips to broadway. Location was a very short Uber to downtown and the surrounding areas. I would stay here again!

Nashville visit

Property is new, clean and comfortable. water pressure is low in the showers and the door lock system is quirky. Neighborhood is a little sketchy with homeless people hanging around. Convenient to downtown, quick lyft/uber and inexpensive.

No communication with host, terrible neighborhood

There was a small homeless encampment right behind the unit where you entered into the parking area. Multiple homeless people yelling and making my wife feel very uncomfortable. Broken glass from a vehicle in the parking garage. Overall unsafe feeling. We left as soon as we could find alternative housing. 3 days early. tried to reach host, NO communication. No options provided. Got an email after we left the property basically telling us to call the police. Would not stay in this property again.
