PERFECT

It looked EXACTLY like the pictures and was only a short and easy 5-minute drive to Broadway. We will definitely stay here next time we're in town!

Clean and great location, spacious and lots of light

Brought whole family in for a weekend trip to celebrate a birthday and the spot was great and gave us multiple spaces to hang out in. Provided a central and clean location to go out and explore from. Also is right next to a statium so there is activii there it seems all the time .

Thanksgiving

Beautiful place. My boys enjoyed that it was right by the soccer stadium and the kids all enjoyed the game room! Other than breakfast we didn't really use the kitchen. WE enjoyed our time in Nashville and will try to come back when it's not so busy ;-)

A fun Nashville stay

Loved our stay in this condo. Check in and out process was super easy. There were nice touches which made us feel at home and pampered at the same time. Loved the vibe of the home. The location in relation to all things Nashville was great. Seemed like everything we wanted to do was within 10-15 min. The reason I gave it 4 stars regarding location and neighborhood is because there is major construction directly behind the property. There were trucks running back and forth from 7 to 7 all day, every day, and there was an employee parking lot for the workers next door to the property. It was very noisy and busy, making it impossible to sleep in.

Great place and location!

We had a great time. Brad and Lisa's attention to detail is awesome. The place was brand new and better than the pics. Comfortably fits 4 couples with privacy. The location is great. Every area from Broadway to the Gulch is less than a 10 min Lyft away. And if you like car racing pick a weekend with a race at the Nashville speedway and you can walk over or go to the flea market on any Sat and Sun!

Best Stay EVER

This house is even cuter than the pictures! It couldn’t have been more perfect for our group! Located in a great neighborhood and easy access to downtown with Uber or Lyft. Brad and Lisa were very responsive to questions and super helpful! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We can’t wait to visit Nashville again and stay with Epicbnb again!

Nashville Getaway Home Base!

This property is basically new and laid out very well for a small group. We only had 2 couples but the layout would accommodate twice that easily. Garage was a big plus. Location gave us quick access via our car or Lyft to Broadway, Gulch, 12 Ave s areas which was nice. There was a glitch with the coffee maker, (a big deal to all of us). the management took immediate care of the issue--crisis avoided!! Thanks to Brad and Lisa! Highly recommend.

Comfortable, Clean, and well designed

My friends and I had a great 2 night stay at Brad and Lisa's home. The beds were really comfortable. Everything was super clean and felt brand new. We all appreciated the attention to detail and the design. It really set the place apart from the rest of the homes when we were searching for a place to stay. The location isn't walking distance to much, but we didn't have any trouble getting Lyfts/Ubers to where we wanted to go. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Brad and Lisa!
