Marine Wedding

This was one for the books, my brother had his wedding here in Tennessee and this was the perfect middle place between locations. It was quiet and homey for our group. Has everything you’d need for a stay and a cute area outside to gather too. Easy to communicate with the host and no extra hoopla. Very clear expectations without being excessive. It was such a wonderful trip all in all. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall good experience

Overall good. It was cozy and had kitchen supplies we needed such as seasonings and dishes. My cons would be cleanliness. The floors had dust and hair. The shower nor shower liner were visible dirty. It felt like a nice home over all but could be cleaned better. Not enough wash clothes or towels for the amount of people it says it can hold. Also the bathroom was out of bodywash. Beds and kitchen were clean. Overall good comfortable stay for the event. There was also a baby play pin in the closet which was a nice surprise and did get used.

Humble yet Comfortable Stay

Our stay was for spring break. We drove from Texas. The home (double wide) was clean and adequately furnished for our family's’ needs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. The play area outside for the kids was also great.One thing we enjoyed most was the lovely drive from Downtown Franklin to the house. We had a challenge with temperature regulation due to irregular and uneven distribution. At night when we went to bed and closed the doors, the bedrooms got really warm, almost hot while the thermostat was set at 69 degrees. The living room was cool. So we closed the vent on the floor in the main bedroom so the temp did not get too hot. However during the day when bedroom doors were opened the temperature was fine. Overall the house was a pleasant experience

This house is wonderful. The communication with the owner was incredible. The place is extremely clean and the grounds are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this house and stay here again.

Motorcycle Trip

The host is very quick to reply. The house was in a beautiful area and worked great for 7 adults. The driveway was big enough to fit 2 trucks with 16 ft. Trailers and 6 motorcycles. The Natches Trace Parkway was 10 miles away and beautiful motorcycle riding in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hideaway

Upon arriving at the home, there was a power outage which was resolved pretty quickly. I had a very quick response from Irina and the property management assuring us they had communication with the utility company. Our stay couldn’t have been better, the home, neighborhood and property were just what we needed!

Cute House

The house was cute but stayed hot even at the recommended temp of 72. The grass wasn't cut. The wash machine wasn't the cleanest but also it didn't seem to work properly. We washed towels and sheets, when the cycle was over, the towels were soaking wet like you just picked them up out of a pool. We arrived on the property 1 hour prior to check in, I asked if we could go ahead in and was told the cleaning crew was still on site finishing up but no one was there. We sat outside until 4 o'clock. Overall the house was fine and we enjoyed our stay.
