  • Welcome to Good Vibes Only. This is our Brand new listing we’re excited to bring to you.

    ‘The Vibe’ is a quaint Nashville vacation rental community walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Located adjacent to the living Waters brewery and barista Parlor, this is the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or end it with a locally brewed beer in hand…

    Just a short 5 minute Uber to ‘5 Points’ or 10 minutes to downtown Broadway and all sorts of other local attractions and amenities.

    This four bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome will easily accommodate all of yours and your traveling companion’s needs. The open kitchen features a large island flowing into a dining and living area. Designer accent walls can be found throughout this stylish property. All four bedrooms feature either an en-suite bathroom or are located adjacent to a full private bathroom. There is plenty of closet space, comfortable beds and linens and multiple flat screen TVs.

    The property contains a two car garage. Additional parking within the community is limited to paid parking only. It’s best suited to groups utilizing ride share from the airport or 2 vehicles max.

    Here is a brief description of the sleeping arrangements throughout the home:

    Bedroom 1 - king bed with en-suite bathroom and flatscreen TV. Located on ground floor (Sleeps up to 2)

    Bedroom 2 - king bed and additional roll away bed, large walk-in closet with en-suite bathroom and flatscreen TV. Located on top floor (Sleeps up to 3)

    Bedroom 3 - King bed with en suite bathroom and flatscreen TV and a roll away bed. Located on top floor (Sleeps up to 3)

    Bedroom 4 - 2 Queen size custom bunks. Office desk and flat screen TV, with bathroom immediately adjacent. Located on the main level (Sleeps up to 4)

Our stay was excellent overall. The location was ideal for our group, with convenient walking access to great morning coffee options and plenty of nearby bars for late-night drinks and hanging out! Highly recommend Gramps Garage for drinks and Nicoletto’s Italian food!

Overall the property was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a good location to get to many parts of Nashville. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was also great to have a garage to park in. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

House was clean, well stocked and cozy. Check in process was super simple. Owners provided all of the necessary information and were quick to respond when needed. Parking is a little tricky because the garage is small, and there is no other parking, but we knew that going in, so we planned accordingly. Would definitely stay again.

Good Vibe was in a great location. 15 mins away from downtown or just walk down the street to local establishments. Accommodation was perfect for the size of our group. (7). More than enough space. Large area to cook and get us ready for our day. Ease to park our car and get into the condo. Accommodation of us arriving early. Fully stocked condo. I would highly recommend Good Vibe. If we find ourselves in Nashville we would definitely book this.

This was a great place to stay, close by everything, broadway st and the airport. Very clean and love the fact that every room has its own restroom and bed are huge. Great place for us to relax before and after us old folks ran the half Marathon!

We loved having the small shops near by and close to any bigger stores! Wish there was more convenient parking for people but we made it work!

In town for a wedding. Convenient to venue in Goodlettesville and also Nashville. Coffee, beer and shops next door was so convenient. Walkable to late night bites.

The home was very nice. Loved the kitchen! Was easy to check in and the host was easily accessible. Just be prepared to get your exercise in here though as it has a ton of steps. All in all I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend.

Nashville Grand Prix stay

We our a race team out of Indy and this place was a perfect place to relax after our very hot and hectic race day. Just a few minutes from Nissan stadium, with plenty of restaurants and breweries near by, it is extremely convenient. Also, because each room has its own on-suit, everyone had their own space to get away. Way more bang for the money than a hotel.

Communication was amazing with Jonny. We had a blown lightbulb for the outdoor entryway light and maintenance had it fixed by the time we came home in the dark that evening! Loved that there were 4 bathrooms! We were all able to get ready simultaneously! Plenty of room for us! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked! Didn’t find the walkable breweries and coffee shops but that was okay because we brewed our own coffee at the house.House was clean just needed the extra spring cleaning with cobwebs throughout ceilings and light fixtures. ( sorry I’m a former housecleaner)Walls were scuffed like previous reviews stated but tolerable.Would definitely rent again!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. There are 3 levels to the home. Bedrooms on all 3 floors. The garage stated is equipped for 2 reasonably sized vehicles. We had an expedition and a Toyota tundra. Couldn’t close the garage door if the expedition was in there. But it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

Parking was a small issue. We made due by leaving the garage door open. It should be mentioned before booking that it’s a two standard size car(which wouldn’t fit for a party of 12). WiFi is listed as up to 10 devices but we could only have 3 devices at a time. Kitchen was disorganized pots were in one section lids in another. My daughter found instant grits in the cabinets that were expired since 2022. Table and living area is tight for 10 people. Luckily we had 2 younger kids that didn’t take up too much room. I have to say beds were very comfortable. Wasn’t sure how to fit a rollaway bed in any of the rooms. So one of our teens slept on the sofa. The neighbors in the house behind us has a skateboard ramp which the first night was noisy but after that it was fine.

Good location and space

Location of this unit is great. Being close enough to downtown yet far enough away for quite. The place has everything you could need for your stay. It could use a fresh coat of paint throughout. Small maintenance issues that I brought up to the property owner. If you have a larger party with more than 2 cars, that's going to be an issue with parking. I do recommend this place for your Nashville stay.
