Great Communication; Attentive and Open

While we had a few issues with the coffee maker and A/C both not working, the team who hosted us were quick to get back to us and have people on-site to resolve them. The place itself was exactly what we wanted - comfort, space, and a spot to lay our heads after spending the day touring Nashville.

The host was responsive but definitely a robot. There were no trash receptacles but as we did not want to constantly message the host this was not something we wanted to deal with. The microwave and wifi were broken and this was not dealt with by the host.
