Check into this chic, art-forward Hyve condo between Downtown and The Gulch, where bold decor, a roomy open-plan living area, and hotel-level finishes set the scene for laid-back Nashville stays. Enjoy resort-style pool and gym access, secure parking, in-unit comforts, and quick access to Broadway, Midtown, and local coffee shops.
THE SPACE
This Hyve condo is designed to give small groups and families a relaxed, flexible place to land between Nashville adventures. The main living area features a comfortable seating zone with a smart TV and a queen sofa bed, with the kitchen close by so coffee, snacks, and simple meals are always easy to pull together. The primary and secondary bedrooms offer king beds, while the third bedroom features a queen daybed with a twin trundle pull-out, great for kids, cousins, or friends who do not mind sharing a room.
The layout keeps everything close but not crowded, making it easy to reset after a night out or a long day at nearby hospitals, campuses, or meetings. In every Humming Host home, you will find an elevated essentials setup, including a coffee bar with locally sourced coffee, basic kitchen staples (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper), hand soap, dish soap, and body wash/conditioner/shampoo dispensers, ample paper goods and trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, plus a Digital Survival Guide with everything you need to know about the unit and local neighborhood.
HYVE is a modern condo community on the edge of Downtown Nashville and The Gulch, situated in an urban setting across from a local Christian rescue mission. Guests enjoy spacious, contemporary residences with full kitchens stocked with cooking essentials and uniquely designed interiors to suit every taste, plus resort-style amenities including an outdoor pool with cabanas, fitness center, lounge spaces, outdoor gas grills, fire pits, ping pong, secure on-site parking, and on-site security and concierge. You’ll also have access to complimentary luggage drop-off and an on-site market offering complimentary coffee, ice, and convenient vending options.

During your visit, our local Humming Host team is just a message away on the Airbnb app and available 24/7. We fully respect your privacy but are always happy to help or share local tips whenever you need us.
★Amenities & Building Facilities★
Guests have access to the building’s shared amenities and common areas. While we promptly notify the HOA or building management of any issues, we do not control the cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability of these shared spaces and cannot guarantee specific amenities will be available at all times.
★Smoke-Free Home & Community★
In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit, any common areas, including hallways, courtyards, pool areas, parking garages, or condo balconies. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.
★Supplies & Essentials★
We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.
★Families & Baby Gear★
Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play, hook-on/high chair, and baby gate (in homes with stairs) are available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.
★Maintenance & Repairs★
Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.
★Trash, Recycling & Cardboard★
A trash chute is located to the left of the elevators on every level; all trash must be bagged and securely tied before using the chute. Cardboard boxes and larger items should not go down the chute, please break them down and dispose of them in the designated dumpsters in the lower-level garage bins.
★Trains, Noise & Soundproofing★
Freight trains run directly behind Hyve along the rear side of the building and may be heard during your stay. Units are soundproofed with triple-glazed windows to help reduce outside noise; however, some sound is expected in this urban environment. For added comfort, we provide sound machines and/or earplugs in the unit.
★Urban Location & Nearby Mission★
Hyve is in an active urban corridor between Downtown and The Gulch, on the same block as a local Christian rescue mission that serves homeless neighbors in need. You can expect typical city activity, including foot traffic from people accessing nearby services. The building itself is secure-access, but this is a lively, mixed-use area rather than a quiet suburban setting.
★Building Security & Access ★
Hyve is a secure-access building with controlled entry points and onsite overnight security. Common areas and hallways are monitored by security cameras, and guests access the property via digital access codes.
By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). Fees will apply for agreement violations, including property damage and excessive cleaning, as outlined in the full rental agreement.
