The Space:
The house is on the slope, so there is no building to block it. You can see far, and you can watch the panorama and the skyline from the rooftop. It is ery close to Midtown Center and Downtown City Center.

Step inside to enjoy all the luxury amenities the home has to offer! Beautiful custom art pieces throughout the home. Enjoy Ion Bluetooth Speaker while cooking in a true chefs kitchen & spending time in the living room with city views from every angle. You are only 2 miles away from Broadway and Music Row, a 7-8 minute Uber/Lyft ride!

Guests can access the Entire townhouse and common area, including the courtyard and backyard.

A short walk to Swett's (the best meat and three around), Walkable restaurants include AVO, Pastaria, and Bro's Cajun Cuisine. City Heights Views is near Centennial Park‎, Tennessee State University, and Vanderbilt University.

Getting Around:
This luxury townhome is located in Midtown, right of Charlotte; it is also close to downtown, minutes from Broadway, less than 1.5 miles from Blakemore (28th Ave. N), and the Charlotte connector. It is close to Centennial Park, Vandy, TSU, Fisk U, and the HCA Headquarters.

Other Things to Note:
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but it is okay to smoke outdoors. The entertainment/game room is on the base floor.

Nashville getaway

The property was close to all the attractions of Nashville. The condo was very well appointed and well stocked with supplies. We found the condo to be very roomy and comfortable for our group of 6 adults. 2 cars easily fit in the garage and on street parking was close and always available.

Perfect for us 4 couples

This condo is absolutely beautiful!!! Great location, close to downtown and Broadway!! We had 8 adults staying in condo and used Marilyn’s Party Bus only $10 a person and well worth it!! The condo was very clean and had all the comforts of home!!!

Great place for a large group!

We had to rent at last minute due to another owner backing out. So glad we did! This place was amazing for our group. Having a bath with every bedroom was a must with even trying to get ready. Would definitely recommend for your group.

Great place to stay

A great place to stay...from start to finish this was a great experience! The stay was made very easy and the owners provided great information and the accommodations were outstanding!!! Very clean, lots of space and wonderful amenities. Highly recommend and will do it all over again when we return to Nashville.
