The property was just as shown. Very nicely decorated, open floor plan. Easy check-in. Clean! All the comforts of home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

Nashville stay in the Gulch area

Nice location. Easily walkable to stuff in the Gulch (0.5 miles). About 1.5 miles up to the bars on Broadway, which is walkable, but it's a bit of a hike considering it's fairly hilly. We ended up getting an Uber there which wasn't a problem as getting an uber took less than 3 minutes in all cases. The underground parking was great and not having to worry about finding street parking made the trip much more enjoyable. Apartment was nice, and seemed almost new. Nicely decorated and everything was in order (fridge, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer all worked without issue). Wifi worked great. Was able to get streaming services on the smart TV working without any problems. Only 2 "minor" things we noted as negatives:1. The building in general was not well insulated for noise. Friday and Saturday night we could easily hear lots of folks coming/going in the hallways and other units until well after 2AM. My guess is that's probably the case anywhere downtown or the gulch, but it did make for some interrupted sleep for us.2. The bedroom is not fully isolated from the living room. There is a 8 foot wall, but a 2 foot opening between the two rooms (10 foot ceilings). This meant that sun from the windows came in pretty early in the morning and if one of us got up before the other, we had to be extra quiet in the living room.Overall the property was great and would rent there again.
