Newly Renovated, Top Floor Quiet Cozy Riverfront Condo with Free Parking

Newly renovated, one Bedroom one Bathroom riverfront condo fully updated with new walk-in shower and lighted mirror, new paint, windows and updated décor. Easy in and out with car travel, walking distance and fast Uber/Lyft (~$5) rides to lower Broadway, Germantown and area attractions.
The living space includes a leather queen, memory foam sleeper sofa, oversized leather chair & mounted flat screen TV.
The fully stocked kitchen consists of a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher & stove/oven. There is also a coffee pot with a start of drip coffee and Keurig cups provided. The bedroom features a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic Mattress, luxury crisp white linens and smart TV.
The unit has hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen, living room and bedroom with a large area rug in bedroom.
High-speed Wi-Fi access and xfinity cable is provided for your entertainment and convenience.

The property is within 15 minutes walking to main strip, everything was very clean and everything we need was in the room. Probably my mistake but laundry was not in room, you have to walk to another building bring quarters or prepare to down load the app to use the machines.. the host were very quick in answering any questions and let us stay an extra hour due to a late flight!! We would definitely go back here.
Just a friendly visitor you may see from the balcony!

We loved our stay! Such a great location - it is walking distance to Broadway and so many attractions. The unit was very clean and cozy. We loved the small balcony overlooking the river. It was so relaxing after a busy day seeing the sights. I loved how close we were to everything, yet we were just far enough away that it’s nice and quiet. Julie was a very responsive, accommodating host. We will definitely stay here if we return to Nashville.

Great condo with a beautiful setting right on the river. Walkable to lower Broadway, pedestrian bridge, and extremely close to Germantown with great eats and a ballpark. Condo itself is very clean and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and night time bourbon. Was even stocked with enough coffee for our stay.Definitely will be back.

We enjoyed watching the river traffic up and down the Cumberland River and the construction of the new Tennessee Titans football stadium. Several places to eat and drink nearby. This is an excellent property to stay at for your visit to Nashville! It is close enough to walk to the main attractions in downtown but also tucked away in a quiet cozy part of town. Being right on the riverfront was a highlight for peaceful mornings and evenings. The bed was comfortable and spacious. We highly recommend staying here and if we come back to nashville this will be our number one choice to stay.

Rent with confidence!

The host are great! The location is perfect! The host are very responsive both before and during the stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, we didn’t hear anything from outside when we were in the rental. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to broadway and far enough that you can be away from the action when you want to be. A lot of restaurants in walking distance if you don’t want to go down to broadway. We used Uber to get to any locations that were too far to walk and it was super easy. We stayed for 2 weeks and have zero complaints. Laundry facilities and pool are super accessible! Would definitely stay again. River views are beautiful and plenty of activity on the river to keep you entertained .

Beautiful Condo

The condo was exactly as described—everything was neat and tidy! I really appreciated the code access for the door, and parking was super convenient. The owners communicated promptly and professionally, which was great. The area was nice and quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. And the bed? It was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! I would absolutely book this condo again for my next trip to Nashville if it's available.
