This is the place to stay. The manager was very helpful and responsive. Check in was a breeze. Place was clean and comfortable and had all your living needs. Everything was within walking distance (bars and shops). Staying in printers ally was perfect and if you close the doors to the patio you will not be bother by any noise. Enjoyed staying here and will recommend to our friends/family and will be staying here again.

Amazing Location and HUGE. 10,000 sf of space. Very loud outside as bars across the street but inside VERY quiet. Just a short walk (few blocks) to Broadway. We are super picky about where we stay and this was perfect. Highly recommended for groups of 10 or so...Proerty Manager Darold was great and lives next door so always available...

Pictures match the actual property. We loved every part of the experience - especially the welcome and the accommodations of our requests. The only feedback I would offer to the host - a few more / larger trash bins throughout the house/closets. That would have really made it feel at home. They were mainly in the bathrooms, and were a bit small. But that is splitting hairs and a very small issue. We loved this place!

All I can say is WOW!!

It's hard to put into words the first time you walk into this penthouse. It is absolutely incredible. Besides being one of the coolest outfitted and decorated places I've been in, the location is also top notch. Darold was helpful showing us the place and how to operate everything and when we had questions he was very responsive. I can almost assure you this place will spoil you for any future rentals and is a place you will never forget. All in all it made for a very memorable and excellent trip and someday I hope to return.

The photos don't do this place justice. Such a great place for a group. Enough space where you can get away if needed and great gathering areas both inside and out. The location is perfect. You could spend several days here and never need a vehicle. Walk everywhere. Printers Alley is right outside the door and Broadway is two blocks away. Longest walk we had was to the Party Bike pickup and that was only a mile. The manager was attentive for any questions we had. The checkin process was nice too. Since the property is so large, the manager walked you around and showed you how to work things. Very good service.

This place is difficult to review as it’s not comparable to anything I’ve ever seen before. I travel for a living and spent most of my adult life on the road and in all my years I’ve never seen anything like this before. Let’s just say we weren’t disappointed at all. All of agreed that it’s the coolest place ever. Price tag was out of our budget but once we stepped foot into the place we forgot all about it. Worth every penny. Even the property manage Daryl was cool. Location was perfect. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. We will be back. Thanks for an amazing time.

Great location. Darold gave a tour of the loft upon our arrival. He also recommended some close local restaurants and stores in case we needed anything. He was friendly and welcoming. The downstairs did not have hot water in the first bathroom - we were only there 2 nights so they just came upstairs to use a different sink and shower. We did not report to Darold until we checked out. Plenty of room for everyone!
