This apartment is located in close proximity to all the attractions and is right in the middle of the historic Music Row. The property was clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I were in town to check out Vanderbilt and see Nashville. So much was within walking distance. Right on old music row. A block from really awesome coffee shop (well coffeehouse). Nice place! Had everything we needed.

Supercross Nashville

We came for Supercross and wanted to stay somewhere near downtown but not right in the heart of it. This was a perfect location. Still real close to everything and a nice safe neighborhood. The apt was so cute and clean. They have everything you need to have a great getaway.

Quiet and in a perfect location

We were looking for something close but not on the main strip and this fit perfect. Be sure to leave your vehicle parked and let Uber or a taxi drive you around. It was close enough to walk to the restaurants and we actually beat the cars due to traffic. Ubered back after dark.

Five minutes from Downtown Nashville, fun area around the corner!

Nice little apartment, extremely comfortable bed, nice shower with great water pressure and fluffy big towels. A/C worked great. Quiet neighborhood on Music Street just down the street from RCA records and a little lovely coffee shop. Plenty of easy parking behind the apartments. Lovely outdoor area to hang out and have a beer or lunch. I really liked the location, the price and the setting. Great place to spend the week or more!

Excellent stay in Music Row

We had an excellent stay in the Producers Suite at the Vinyl. The location is perfect to all things Nashville: Music Row, Vanderbilt, The Gulch and more. Loved that we could walk out the door and grab coffee at The Well Coffeehouse or dinner at Barcelona or the new Music Row Bar & Grill.The room was clean and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Super comfy bed and sound machine to dampen any outside noise. Christy was very responsive when we had questions and when the microwave stopped working, which was replaced in a timely manner.We will certainly stay again when we visit our son.

The Vinyl on Music Row

My wife and I were in Nashville for a Stevie Nicks concert, and we couldnt be more satisfied with our stay at the Vinyl. Very nice neighborhood in a safe part of town. Everything we needed was within 2 miles, including Bridgestone Arena. We will be using VRBO from now on when vacationing in the future. The Vinyl is highly recommended.

Beautiful hidden gem

This property was so cute! It was clean and maintained. We spent a short time in Nashville and this place was perfect. We could hear footsteps above us but tolerable. Our unit was decorated so adorable. Owner added those little touches that did not go unnoticed….mints, snacks, makeup remover, hair & bath products. Owner responded promptly. Located 5 minute drive to Broadway or I took an electric bike one day but kind of expensive. Better off with a uber. Would definitely stay there again.

Impromptu Get Away

Overall the unit was great and clean. The only issue we had was that you could hear the people above us, like to the point you could pick up on actual words, and they never seemed to go to sleep (up til 4:30-5am). Kinda sucked not being able to rest 2 of the 3 nights. If we ever rented again we would definitely request a 2nd floor unit..

Clean, comfortable and convenient.

The location of this very modern, well equipped apartment is ideal - quick trip to Broadway and downtown attractions and a five minute walk to some very nice restaurants, breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you want to venture out further there is quick access to the interstate or alternate routes. The appliances, utensils and furnishings are new/like new. We slept three adults very comfortably with plenty of space. There is ample right by the door free, private parking. Why anyone pay more for a hotel room is beyond me. Our hosts provided excellent communication with reminders and very quick to respond. Highly recommend!
