Girls Trip

There are two garages. The one to the left (while facing the building) is the free space that comes with the property. The garage to the right is the one you have to pay for. You have to download the app and pay that way, but you do get a discount when you scan the QR code. If you are not tech-savvy then you might have difficulty getting in and out of the building. The penthouse is nice. It is exactly like the pictures. There was not an iron, we only found a steamer. There was a regular coffee pot, but they had pods to use. The only thing we could figure out was that we probably didn't know how to work it for the pods. There were no instructions. We brought regular coffee anyway. The patio was nice and relaxing. I would stay again, but the only drawback would be the train. It’s not extremely load, but does wake you. The downstairs bedroom is a queen-over-queen bunk, not a twin. There are a lot of mirrors in the entryway to make sure you are looking right before you leave. We loved it. The host were really nice. And we did get to check in a little early.

Very clean, free parking which was nice. Bad part of town, a lot of homeless on the streets-we were afraid to walk anywhere so we ubered. Sooo loud with the train tracks in the back, Woke us up in the middle of the night. Close to Broadway, easy to uber. Beautiful condo, very nice!

Upscale condo in downtown Nashville

This is a very nice condo, convenient to the downtown attractions. Overall very nice. The only reason for 4 stars was two things….the train noise is pretty bad. Even with a white noise machine, trains run all night long. Second was the water pressure. The shower water pressure is weak to say the least. Other than that, the furnishings were top of the line and full kitchen appliances! No complaints overall other than these minor two issues.

Rhythm and rooftop

Overall a very beautiful well kept property, the suite itself was spacious, and clean and had had a massive wrap around balcony. Only downsides were that the garborator had a fishy odour which we managed to resolve on our own and there’s a train track directly beside the building.

Pros- great concept with a whole building of short term rentals with staff to help. Outdoor patio was expansive with great views wrapping around the building. Decor for Nashville for really well. Beds were comfortable as well. Cons- layout was much smaller than pics alluded to. Train track is a SERIOUS issue with incredibly loud trains coming by sometimes all night. Kitchen is way too small and hard to cook in. Lack of outfitting was difficult during many cooks I did I did frustrating. Need more than one griddle pan! Overall a nice spot with easy access to Broadway etc.

The unit was awesome!! The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars is b/c the trains noise is extremely serious & the wrap around deck is amazing, expect there is no shade or fans for some type of air flow; so early morning & after dusk are the only times feasible to enjoy. We love the location, decor, cleanliness & it was beyond well stocked!! You guys were also very responsive also!! Thank you all for everything!!

Nashville Trip

We enjoyed the place this last week. The view from the deck is fantastic. The only thing we did not find was a pan that is suitable for cooking pancakes or frying hamburgers. There was a frying pan but it was very small. It is possible we just didn't find it so if there is one we just didn't find it. We will likely return in the future.

Great

The unit was just as described and a great place to stay for a girls weekend! A few things to note: the flurry of emails from the property managers ahead of time with varying instructions was a bit overwhelming and confusing but we managed to figure everything out, the apartment building is filled mostly with party animals so keep that in mind if bringing kids/elderly, the pool was packed and a bit small and the water was like warm so not refreshing for mid summer, you can definitely hear the train at all times of day and night so bring earplugs. That being said, I would definitely stay here again and felt very safe!

It was great. Beautiful wraparound deck. Nice appliances. The only “no big deal” issues was there are no dressers and the night stands were too small.
