The owners live on the other side. Your privacy is important to them and they do their best to respect that and are also available for any needs that might arise. The only shared space is the carport (separated by curtains) and the yard. You get first priority to them.

Spend a day on Old Hickory Lake, found just 12.5 miles from the property. Swoop up a boat from Sweetwater Pontoon Rentals to take full advantage of your day on the water!
