Summary:

Welcome to your Nashville home base near downtown. This 3-bedroom house sleeps up to 12 and puts you about 1 mile from Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, and the Country Music Hall of Fame.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, modern retreat designed for groups and families. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with neutral decor, pops of color, and luxe linens throughout. A welcoming living area offers extra sleeping on a sofa sleeper, and there’s fast, convenient WiFi for streaming or catching up on emails. Free parking is available on site, and you’re a quick rideshare from the heart of Music City.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is available.

• Location logistics: The home is about 1 mile from Downtown Nashville; rideshare services are convenient if you prefer not to drive and park.

• Pet policy: Pets are not permitted at this home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

Convenient location, we enjoyed our stay

This place was so conveniently located and the house itself was great! It had 3 floors so everyone could hang out and watch whatever they wanted during down time and not disturb others that were in the house. The rooftop was used daily, the only suggestion would be to replace, or just get rid of, some of the broken patio furniture as we almost had a mishap. We did have issues with the air conditioning on the 2nd floor shutting down but they came the next day and replaced the thermometer and all was well. We were very pleased with the property owners response time. We would definitely book this Vrbo again if visiting the Nashville area.

Perfect Bachelorette Get Away

This place is AMAZING!!! Easily slept my party of 9 and could have fit more. Place is huge and the perfect distance to Broadway - about a 5 minute Uber drive but still a gorgeous view of the city on the rooftop. Very safe area and the door auto locks which is wonderful! I would stay here again and again with a large party. We couldn’t figure out how to work the oven but probably user error and like other reviews the furniture on the rooftop is broken but you can still sit on it just fine. The host is very quick with responses and checkout was a breeze. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone coming to Nashville and planning to spend their days out on broadway with a big group!

Perfect Spot

I stayed here with four other friends. The house was so cute, looked just like the photos, and was very spacious! We absolutely loved it! Quick Uber ride to downtown and it was very quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Please read this before you book - Awful Experience

I don’t even know where to start. I had the worst experience with this place and if 0 stars was an option, that’s what I’d be giving. I’ll start with check in day. I called and confirmed an early check in of 12pm with the agreement of an extra charge. My group of 7 was notified at 11:58am the day of check in that they could not honor our early check in time of 12pm and that the 4pm check in would be honored due to cleaning. This was two minutes before we were supposed to be allowed to check in and my group was right outside the property. This left my group of 7 without a place for 4 hours, after commuting 10 hours to get here. When we did finally get in, the place was not as nice as the pictures. The patio furniture was broken, there were no cushions for the furniture, the walls had handprints all over, the couch sinks in, and the dining chairs have stains all over and smell disgusting. On top of this, the place was broken into our first night at 3:30am. I reached out at 10:30am the following morning to give them the police report number and to let them know that our door didn’t lock due to being broken. I heard nothing back until 5pm that day when I received a text asking what happened, I responded at 5:03 pm and never heard anything back until I reached out again at 9pm asking what was going on and why there was no urgency to help us. Our door was not able to lock because of the break in and was not secure. At 9pm they did offer to move us to another property of theirs, if there was availability. I was then told that I would be reached out to the following day in regards to some form of reimbursement and they never got back to me, even now I still haven’t heard anything, two days later. The icing on the cake was that someone in my group left their keys there. I asked them if the cleaner could take a look and if found, to let me know. There is an AirTag on the keys so we know that they are there. It obviously isn’t their fault that we forgot them, just disappointing that they haven’t communicated whether or not they were found. Please do not waste your time with this place, I promise you will regret it.

Want to love it, but just can't quite

This property has so much potential. It's absolutely beautiful and in a great, central location. It had everything we needed for the most part, but there are some things that need improved. When we arrived, there were ants crawling all over the center island. I contacted the property owner, and was told they would see what they could do. Nearly 24 hours later, nothing was done, so we bought ant spray ourselves (spent our own$) and took care of it. The place does need a deep cleaning. There was food within sight on the living room floor. It wasn't tiny either -- large crackers. Finally, one night we got a message from the company saying they had a noise complaint regarding us. Our entire family had already been in bed for about 2 hours, so not sure what that was about. Really would like to give this home 5 stars, but just cant.

Great experience!

The VRBO was great! The only thing I would mention is that there needs to be a few more dish towels (only 1 in the house) and a few pans for the kitchen (we tried cooking in them and they were awful!!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book there again!
