Sip cocktails while watching the sunset as our rooftop has unobstructed views of the sunset, toast s’mores over the gas fire pit, or challenge your crew to BattlePutt and cornhole.
The glam room is perfect for getting ready with the girls before a night out. And when it’s time to wind down, the bedrooms are spacious, the linens are plush, and the layout makes it easy to spread out or come together.
The rooftop lounge is just one of three levels of fun — with karaoke, an indoor bar, Smart TVs, games, high-speed Wi-Fi, and more sprinkled throughout the home.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Our home was designed to host large groups – allowing guests to enjoy their stay while maintaining their own privacy and space. The home is equipped with 4 bedrooms plus a bonus glam room (that also acts as an additional sleeping space). That totals to 8 beds ranging from king to twins that are all outfitted with plush mattresses with soft linens.
Flow of the Home:
First Floor – living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 & bathroom 1.
Second Floor – bedroom 2, bedroom 3, bedroom 4, & glam/vanity room. There’s also bathroom 2 & bathroom 3 on this floor. These four rooms have a jack n’ jill layout. Bedroom 2 & vanity room have a shared bathroom. Bedroom 3 & bedroom 4 are connected sharing a bathroom. Each room has its own entrance as well!
Third floor: Wet bar, indoor lounge/2nd living room, rooftop with city views, and bathroom 4.
Each room is also fitted with blinds to block out the morning sun after a late night out.
Parking:
Our home offers one reserved parking spot at the back of our home. There’s additional open parking spots available around back (our home is the only home with a reserved spot!). There’s also extra free street parking on our quiet neighborhood street in front of the home.
Guest access
The entire house and rooftop is yours only to enjoy and make yourself at home in! No shared spaces, and reserved for you and your guests only to relax in. Both entry doors are keyless entry with a personalized code you will receive prior to check-in.
