Located less than 2 miles to downtown and historic Broadway St, this home’s prime location is a short and cheap Uber ride to all of the premier honky-tonks, nightlife, restaurants, and shopping.

THIRD FLOOR: master bedroom with 2 full-over-full bunks (sleeps up to 8!), bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in shower, and oversized walk-in closet; second bedroom with 2 twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps 4), bathroom with shower/tub combo; laundry closet located on this floor as well

BOOKING
Must be 21+ to book
Must be a member of the group staying at the property.
Must also be verified with a Government Issued ID and provide the host a front and back copy of state issued driver’s license upon request prior to checking in.
All guests must be 21+ with the exception of children with their parents.
10 Adult Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human exceeding 10.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Keyless check-in. The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code 48 hours before your check-in time. Check-in any time after 4pm. Check-out any time before 11am. Your door code will only be active from 4pm on check-in day to 11am on check-out day. Early check-in and late check-out without prior approval will incur additional fees of $50 per hour.

INTERNET/TV:
High Speed Wireless Internet. Roku Smart TVs set in Guest Mode in every room. **Bring your own passwords for streaming services.**

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware, bakeware, cups, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, pod and drip coffee makers, fire extinguisher located under sink, first-aid kit in drawer.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED
We provide a START-UP bundle of incidentals for your convenience while at the property – PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE FROM PREMISES: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dish detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen and bath trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, water, coffee, filters, creamer, sugar. Basic cleaning and sanitizing products may be available.
**Depending on the number in your party and/or length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items.**

SECURITY
There are floodlight cameras located on the exterior of the home near the front entrance for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

PARTIES
Absolutely NO PARTIES in excess of booked number of occupants on the premises

SMOKING
Absolutely NO SMOKING on the premises

FIRES
Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

PETS
Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $150 and you will be asked to leave.

SUPPLIES
Please do not remove any provided supplies from the premises including, but not limited to: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dish detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen and bath trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, water, coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, cleaning products. These are only provided to you, and all future guests while during your stay.

DAMAGES
You are responsible and will be charged for any damages to the property, it's contents, and/or theft of any contents.

REFUNDS
Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
