Great time!

Great place to stay! Great communication from Stay Minty. Very clean house. AND they supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (tea tree shampoo and conditioner too!). Such a great house, will for sure look into renting it again.

Wonderful stay

I'm so grateful for our stay. We have no complaints! ❤️ My husband received a heart transplant last year, and is doing well so; we decided to make a mini vacation out of it since he had a doctor's appointment. We look forward to our next stay. See you soon!

Group Trip

Came down with a large group of friends for Memorial Day weekend. This place had everything we needed! Location was great as it was 10 minutes to everywhere. The rooftop patio was a perfect gathering place for drinking games and just hanging out. I would definitely use this spot again!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here with 2 families (8 people). Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the garage converted to a gameroom. Everything was clean, property was maintained, decor was cute, items were stocked (trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc). The unit was centrally located to so many Nashville destinations. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property and excellent communication!

Genuinely the best experience I have had with a property manager. Super communicative and responsive. The location is perfect and the place itself is awesome. It sleeps 10+ easy. Close to Broadway and other restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

This was a great location, very close to Broadway. House was cute, but worn in spots which was fine for our group. Few minor hiccups with property, but they were always very responsive! Worked great for my daughters 21st Birthday weekend. Highly recommend.

First Impressions Matter

First time ever booking with these cool cats and we can’t say we were disappointed. This was a spectacular stay. We will most definitely be booking with them again. Clean, welcoming and solid communication. This was an ideal spot and place to stay of family and friends. Five stars all around. :)

Stay Minty was awesome when it came to communication. Listing said fits 16 but would only allow 12. Garage and rooftop are noteworthy - made the trip

Place was clean and big. Parking out front was never an issue. $6-8 Uber to downtown was much cheaper and convenient than parking. Only issue was we had to buy a lighter for the grill as the switch isn’t working. Kids loved the garage.

Very nice stay!

Modern townhouse close to downtown. Great rooftop! Large bedrooms and bathrooms and a huge kitchen, but no real dining area other than barstools at the kitchen counter. Property is nicely stocked with pots/pans, utensils, toiletries, coffee, etc. Very smooth rental/check-in/check-out process.

Very Nice Rental

The house was very nice and very clean upon arriving. I was a little worried about it being street parking only. It wasn't a problem, but would have been nice to use the garage for parking.

20th Annual Father/Son Hockey Game
