Great house

Really nice place. The beds are really comfortable and there is plenty of room for the whole family! There really isn't much of a view from the roof and the neighborhood had a few houses that seemed a bit on the sketchy side. Nothing i would say is a safety concern, just some that are run down. Nashville is a beautiful city!

Gorgeous, spacious, 5 minute drive to Broadway

Girls weekend in Nashville was incredible, because of this home! Property seemed newly renovated. Our group of 9 especially loved the gorgeous decor and finishes, the cleanliness and stocked items in kitchen. Plenty of space for our group of 9, and most people in our group had their their own bed. Coffee and creamers were provided which was a nice gift in part of the stay! The hot tub with the skyline view was great, too! Hot Tub had an error warning on the screen, and the rental co. reached the owner who serviced it relatively quickly. Many people in our group commented on returning to Nashville with their families and would rent this home!

Great Stay in Nashville

Lovely big house in Nashville, closeby to lots of restaurants and downtown. Easy parking for those with cars, and we also had an easy time getting ride shares quickly in the neighborhood as well. Had great ammenities and luxurious bathrooms! Beds were comfortable and hot tub was a great spot to relax. Communication was super easy and the owner was very friendly.

This home was excellent for our girls trip weekend. Home was clean, spacious, and a great/safe location. We took short Uber rides everywhere we needed to go and it was always close to what we needed. Any time I had questions or concerns, the host was available immediately. Great place to stay!

Bachlorette Paradise

We had 12 people stay here over this past weekend. It was perfect! The location is so great to get around all over Nashville! A few minutes from Broadway and it also very close to highways so getting to the lake was a breeze! We were able to party all night with no complaints. Rooftop hot tub got so much use! And the screened in front porch was a nice touch as we were out there the entire time and no bugs! Thank you so much for an amaizng place to stay!

Anniversary Trip!

My husband and I came up for a short trip and the house was perfect! So close to all the breweries and restaurants that we wanted to go to and even close enough to downtown to do things, but not feel like you are anywhere close to downtown. Would definitely recommend.
