Great location!!

The suite is in a perfect location to go anywhere. You are about 15-20 min walk to downtown sites (museums, shopping, honky tonk bars) or a 5 min Uber ride and a wonderful coffee shop 1/2 block away. The 12 South shopping and restaurant neighbourhood is less than 10 mins away and access in and out of the city is quick. The suite itself is comfortable and clean and has everything needed for a stay in Nashville. Kitchen is pretty tiny and you would not be able to really cook anything but everything is there if you want to. We would for sure come back!

Wonderful property! Highly recommend!

This property was absolutely perfect and the owner/manager was very responsive and helpful. It was nice and clean, and had everything we needed, including coffee! A parking spot was included and it is a quick Uber ride to downtown Nashville. We highly recommend this property for those visiting the area, and plan to stay again in the future!

Great location and host

We enjoyed our stay! Host was flexible for us to drop our bags early even though the place wasn’t ready (we were early). If you need to wash clothes while there, inquire more about the shared onsite laundry room. It seemed to only be available certain times, which was a surprise. It was ok for us though, didn’t impact our stay as we could use our daughters washer.

Clean, good size, great location

Spouse and I stayed because we needed to help family for a few days in Belmont area. This property was in good location, clean, and right sized. We were only there at night to sleep. So not sure if the construction next door is loud or not during the day if that's when you'd stay - but listing does warn about that. 4 stars because of the "haunted" bathroom - the bathroom light + fan would randomly turn on in the middle of the night and I'm sensitive to the extra light under the door. Yes, I could have contacted owner to see what could be done but honestly we were so busy with family stuff I never thought about it until it happened and didn't want to text about a light at 3am. It wasn't that deep. Great property overall.

Great location

Great location and music was better on music row (which is just down the street at live oak) then the main drag of broadway. Inside unit was really nice. Construction next door with dust and noise only drawback. This has nothing to do with this property or property manager.
