For many of us, a fabulous home to escape to fills us with excitement and possibilities. Designed by a local artist, The Optimist combines contemporary amenities with vintage flair to create that perfect getaway. If you hate the feeling of sterile hotel rooms and copycat inns, then this luxury condo is the perfect spot for your family vacation, couples retreat, business trip, recording sessions for your band, or whatever else brings you to the music capital of the world!
Vibrant colors, bold decor, cozy couches, and a private balcony will invite you into a uniquely stylish and memorable experience. With 5 beds that can sleep up to 10 guests, the Optimist will be your perfect resting spot in between your music city adventures, while offering plentiful amenities if you need a day to stay in, too. Situated on the third floor of the Crescendo condominiums, the Optimist is surrounded by lovely foliage and the quiet hum of the Edgehill neighborhood, offering a brief walk to Nashville’s historic Music Row.
This upbeat property features 3 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, 3 full bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you could need, from pots and pans to wine glasses, a tea kettle, and a coffee maker, replete with a range of coffees, teas, and spices. You can also enjoy exclusive Crescendo amenities, including a stunning rooftop lounge with panoramic city skyline views, a state-of-the-art gym and a conference room.
ACCOMMODATION:
★ Bedroom #1: Queen-size custom built-in bunk beds and ensuite bathroom
★ Bedroom #2: Luxury king-size bed and ensuite bathroom
★ Bedroom #3: Luxury king-size bed and ensuite bathroom
★ Living Room: Queen-size sofa bed and TV with a Hulu account
We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what`s already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.
For families traveling with small children, special provisions can be made available upon request (i.e., crib, play mat, high chair). Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Edgehill is a safe and quiet neighborhood, walkable to many bars, music studios, cafes, shops, yoga studios, and music venues, and it only requires a short drive to Broadway and downtown Nashville. This location is perfect for parents with children at Belmont or Vanderbilt, groups coming to Nashville for the first time, musicians coming to record an album, and business travelers. Music Row is the vibrant heart and soul of Music City, where you might find the CMA headquarters, catch a glimpse of celebrities enjoying a coffee, or see Belmont students mingling at their favorite spots.
Walk to delicious restaurants such as Sadie`s (Mediterranean, great for lunch & brunch), Bella Napoli (one of the best pizzas in Nashville), Barcelona (tapas bar, dinner only plus brunch on weekends), or the famous Hattie B`s Hot Chicken - Midtown. Sip a cocktail at Old Glory (speakeasy bar) or atop the roof of the Virgins Hotel. Shop at one of Edgehill’s many clothing stores. If you`d like a morning coffee (other than the one provided in the condo), walk 2 min around the corner to The Well Coffeehouse Koinonia or 6 minutes to Osa Cafe. And if you like to start the day with a yoga practice, check out Shakti Power Yoga across the street.
IMPORTANT NOTES:

♫ Smart Lock System: The code to open your unit and the common areas will be texted to you the day before arrival. Please make sure to provide a valid cell phone number.
♫ Overnight on-site security from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
♫ Concierge presence from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
♫ Luggage storage is available before and after check-in. Please inform your host if you need to store your bags, and we will give you the code to the luggage room.
♫ Brand new building (opened July 2024).
♫ Building amenities currently open: lounge with billiards table and kitchen, rooftop with skyline view, conference room, and a 24/7 gym.

♫ Building and community amenities are available to all Crescendo guests, therefore we cannot guarantee their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, and/or availability during your stay. In the event any of the building amenities become unavailable or have issues, we assume no responsibility for these spaces and will inform the HOA of such.
♫ We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors` availability.
By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). Fees will apply for agreement violations, including property damage and excessive cleaning, as outlined in the full rental agreement.
