**Entire 4 Unit Building** Up to 40 guests, 16 bedrooms, 24 beds and 14 bathrooms. Welcome to The Venue, a musically inspired Building situated in the Historic Nations neighborhood. This collection of 4 attached homes pays homage to the various elements that make up the rich multi-faceted music industry in Nashville. This building was professionally designed to exclusively welcome guests to Nashville. Bold paint & music accents make the perfect backdrop for Music City memories! *Private 4 units no shared inside spaced and parking available.

Great place!

This trip was a reunion and we needed a big place to stay. These four units were perfect! Clean, well kept, responsive host, and beautiful location. Just 15 -20 mins away from everything we wanted to do. Would recommend these units for any big party.

Excellent Stay!

Great space for organization meeting. We utilized all 4 units of this property for big group meetings, as well as, for break-out sessions. Great communication with hosts! Quick access to the interstate, grocery store and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again.

20 friends and I rented all four units. It was amazing. Super clean. Comfy beds. Huge fridge. Great layout for couples. Lots of room for all of us to hang out. Quick uber to downtown. We will be booking next year too!
