Excellent Townhouse

This place had everything we needed and was very spacious. Traveled with eight people and it was perfect! Only trouble was the uber/lyft drivers seem to struggle with the location. Other than that, I would highly recommend this unit. The hot tub on the roof was perfect to watch the snow coming down! The beds were very comfortable! Loved having the decks on each floor. Would definitely go back.

Birthday celebration

First time in Nashville. Came to celebrate my Wife's birthday. We fully enjoyed our stay. The property is in a very safe, convenient location that is close to just about anything you want to get into (shopping, restaurants, Broadway). Although the property is close to everything, it is very quiet in the evenings and at night. Plenty of space for privacy if traveling with groups and very well equipped with just about everything you'll need while away from home.

Fantastic stay at Urban Row. It is close enough to Broadway but also "far enough away." Uber rides are only $7-8 and we even walked into Broadway and shopped en route a few times. There is so much to do in the Gulch and Edgehill that we would definitely book here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Communication was a quick response to questions. Lovely house, great amenities. King beds were great, spa was great. Wanted to use karaoke machine on several nights but it was broken and host did not fix. Some things like dishwasher soap, laundry soap and paper towels were not provided like it was noted in ad. Had a great time overall, would rent again!

Great house

We were 4 adult couples. Everyone having their own king-size bed and bathroom made this house absolutely perfect. The decor is very cute. I am a take the stairs kind of girl, but this house has an elevator, which makes it convenient when you need to lug your luggage to the third floor. About a 10 minute walk to Broadway.

Great place with room for imp

The location was great! There is still lots of construction but overall not noisy. The house itself was very clean and spacious with all the basic amenities. And the hot tub and rooftop was a bonus!! The only complaint we have is that although the listing states it sleeps 10 we were 9 and were charged 50 for an air mattress and 150 for the 9th person. So the listing was a bit misleading. We also had to set it up and call a few times for sheets. The host was very responsive beforehand and during the stay and friendly. There is a great luggage storage place nearby which we utilized for the day upon check out. Overall we had a great stay!

Christmas in Nashville

This property was perfect size for our family. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the elevator it was very helpful! A few suggestions would be having scissors available, the ice machine did not produce enough ice, lack of security on the front gate there was a missing lock, supply more trash cans the cans were full when we arrived (but thankful we were not charged), we would of loved having a Christmas tree during our stay since it was the holiday! Overall it was a wonderful property and we would be glad to rent it again! Thank you so much!!

Nashville trip

The house was lovely and spacious. We had five staying but It could easily accommodate 8 adults. The hot tub was clean as well as most of the house. It could use an overall deep clean as far as baseboards, lighting, and throw rugs but nothing that is a show stopper. I would recommend this house to anyone for a nice place to stay and location to downtown Nashville.

The property was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great. We had a couple of questions which were addressed in a timely manner. It is a very walkable area as well. We struggled a little bit though with finding our place. The complex could be more clearly marked as its rather large, even with the directions that were provided.

Home is beautiful & decorated nicely. Location is good, if you can walk a bit over a mile, it’s walkable to Broadway bars. Far enough away from the noise of Broadway but close enough for a short drive or long walk to museums & bars. There is loud construction going on next to the building of these townhomes. So if you’re a light sleeper you won’t be sleeping in on weekdays. Loved having a garage to be able to park especially during the rain. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Nashville Luxury!

Beautiful townhome with gorgeous design! Everything was new! Kitchen was amazing and offered everything you could imagine - Bathrooms were sleek and modern with walk in showers (all 4 of them) and rooftop was perfect with swing, hot tub and fire table - we could only use the rooftop at night though because too hot during the day, but was a great place to spend time when the sun went down! Walking distance to many things and roughly a 10 min lyft to everything Nashville has to offer. Elevator was a plus for heavy luggage and groceries too - Customer service was tops too when I needed help and they responded within minutes! - Overall love, love, loved this home and would definitely stay here again!

Pros: location great. Plenty of room in the Vrbo. Cons: poor communication with host/company( not prompt); heater wasn’t working and took 6 hrs to get fixed from when we tried to contact host. Place was not cleaned well, dirty utensils, hair and marks on floor, stains on pillow. Felt like they nickel and dime you. When questioned the extra 99$ fee for damages, they said we have white towels that may get damaged. The towels were black Overall for the price should work on the little things to assure customer comfortable and happy. Would not stay hear and avoid the goodnight host company
