Perfect spot

The apartment was perfect for our weekend in Nash! Loved the walkability to Centennial Park and a quick drive or Uber to anything else we wanted to check out. Quiet neighborhood and the onsite gym was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, with a quick and cheap uber ride to Broadway. Having the pool as an option helped with the hot weather. Would definitely recommend if you're coming to Nashville.

Cute, comfortable condo in a fabulous location!

Very clean and comfortable condo located in West End! Well appointed and Michael was very responsive when we had questions. This was a girls trip and we all had a comfortable place to sleep with high quality bedding. There was a beautiful park across the street with plenty of trails to walk and several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely would return to this quality property!

Wish They Were More Transparent

Since the listing doesn't say, please know there is massive construction right next door. They're building a large apartment complex. It removes access to the second parking deck (you have basically only street parking) and use of the pool (which is really only slightly larger than a hot tub anyway). Location is great. It was filthy. Dirt on top of beds, dust bunnies everywhere, someone's dirty yoga pants in the drawer, old moldy towels in the washing machine. It isn't really walking distance to nightlife as advertised (minimum half hour walk).But it is a 5-10 minute car ride to everywhere in the city.
