  • 2 Storey single family dwelling. The house has four bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. The amenities: modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have king size beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have a queen size bed. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. The family room has a large 60" television. The house is close to the main west Bay Street and about 10 minutes from downtown and is centrally located to Atlantis Paradise Island and the cable beach strip.

    Special Services offered:
    We can purchase groceries,soft drinks and alcohol beverages and have them available for guests upon their arrival at the property. This service is only available at the request of the guest/s and it comes with a cost.

    Golf
    Golfers if you are desirous of playing golf during your stay just let me know and I will book tee times for you at Ocean Club or Bahamar/ Royal Blue golf courses at discounted rates

This was a great location. Awesome house big comfortable. The hosts were amazing. We have stayed in vbro’s around the world and this was our favorite.

This was a great getaway for our family vacation. Plenty of space for enjoying time together and cooking meals and hanging outside by the pool. Our house were amazing when we had to make some adjustments to our plans and we’re quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely come here again!

The property is close to everything. The owners were very attentive to anything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities. There was plenty of beach towels for the family. There was some pool toys in the pool house. The property contains multiple fruit trees.

Relaxing time

We had a fantastic time, the villa is perfectly placed for access to Nassau and beaches and Raymond was a fantastic host 5 stars all round

The hosts were very helpful through the booking process, meeting upon arrival and departure and throughout our stay. All rooms were spotless, kitchen well equipped and the abundance of pool towels very helpful. The pool was a great asset to our enjoyment, the kids had a ball. Help with water park tickets was a tremendous benefit. There was a problem with the AC upon arrival but was quickly fixed, kitchen faucet needed some repair but was usable. Unfortunately there was a problem with the master shower which left 6 people using one shower but as it was at the end of a stay it was not too disruptive. We would definitely stay here again

A very comfortable stay.

It’s a spacious and beautiful property with lush landscaping. The rooms were large and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Ray and Sonja were very hospitable and went out of their way to make sure we knew how to get around the area, and all about the home. They were also able to get us tickets to Atlantis water park. Amazing house and so close to the beach.

Such a great place with awesome hosts

We loved everything about our stay. The hosts are so gracious and helpful. The house was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Though a bit dated we found it very comfortable and so close to an amazing beach. The pool was refreshing and the location was close to everything.

Host met us at check in and gave us a tour. Showed us where everything was. The place was awesome and the perfect fit for the 8 of us. Only suggestion I would have is to invest in a pool heater. The water was to chilly to swim.

Family Vacation

This home was the perfect spot for our family to stay. With young kids, sharing a room at a resort is not a great option. This beautiful home allowed us to relax by the pool or walk to the beach with ease. Access to a well appointed kitchen was also great. Thanks for letting us stay!

A great place to experience local Bahamas

We had a VERY relaxing time at the property. Ray and Sonia were wonderful hosts and were very responsive and helpful during the entire stay. We loved the easy walking distance to Saunders beach…never crowded, very local and friendly. Just a great family location…beautiful home, fantastic pool and close to great local places to eat within walking distance…we hope to return very soon!

We had an incredible stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We spent much of our downtime relaxing by the pool, and it was the perfect place to unwind after our daily adventures. We’ve rented many vacation homes over the years, but we’ve never had hosts as wonderful as Ray and Sonja. They truly made our trip so special. From recommending an amazing fishing charter and helping us with day passes to Atlantis to sharing the best local grocery store and other island tips, their guidance made our first trip to the Bahamas effortless and unforgettable.They were always quick to respond to every question or request and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. Their hospitality went above and beyond anything we’ve experienced before. This was our first trip to the Bahamas, and it exceeded every expectation. We made memories that will last a lifetime, and whenever we return, there is no question, we’ll be staying here again. Thank you, Ray and Sonja, for making our vacation so memorable!

Wonderful home, super close to the beach!

Great place to stay, comfortable, with everything we needed. Ray & Sonja were great and took care of everything! We truly enjoyed our vacation and this house made it perfect! Bring your earplugs as the neighboring homes let their dogs bark all night.
