Een week voor vertrek kregen we een verwelkomings mailtje van de eigenaaresse van het huisje, met de informatie en of we haar een uur voor aankomst wilden appen. Omdat ze ons dan zou opwachten bij het het huisje om de sleutel en het huisje van binnen te laten zien. Ze had voor ons alvast 4 lekkere koude biertjes klaar gezet met mooie glazen erbij. Super tof! Wij hebben nog nooit zo'n schoon huisje gehad en alles was aanwezig. De bedden lagen heerlijk en het sanitair was echt super schoon en modern. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien incl afwasmachine. Haar man heeft het huisje helemaal zelf verbouwd in het verleden en onderhoud het super. Echt mooi gemaakt allemaal, veel hout! Het huisje staat in een rij van vier dezelfde en is de laatste in rij. Het is hier echt heel erg rustig en er komt bijna niemand langs maar toch zit je niet ver van het dorpje af. Je kunt er heerlijke wandelingen maken en in de omgeving zijn veel kastelen, riviertjes en grotten te vinden. Smorgens kun je heerlijk op de veranda zitten en genieten van je kopje koffie in de ochtend zon. Wij waren er met 4 personen en zijn heerlijk uitgerust weer thuis gekomen. Bedankt Evelyn en Jacky dat we in jullie huisje mochten vertoeven.

Wat een heerlijk huis!! We hebben ontzettend genoten samen met onze baby van 7 maanden oud. Het huis was brandschoon toen we aankwamen en heeft alles wat je maar nodig hebt. We komen hier echt tot rust!

Zeer schoon en compleet huis. Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse en op tafel stond het bier al koud op ons te wachten, heel erg attent. Mooie badkamer, complete keuken en het huis is met zorg ingericht. Alles van hout is zelf gemaakt, de eigenaar is een echte vakman. We hebben genoten van alle zelfgemaakte houten objecten, van lampen tot de decoraties, het getuigt van echt vakmanschap. Het huis is de laatste in een rijtje van 4 maar daar hebben we absoluut geen last van gehad, de andere huisjes waren maar 1 of 2 dagen bewoond. Vanaf het huis kun je mooie wandelingen maken met prachtige vergezichten en ook in de directe omgeving zijn er goed aangegeven wandelroutes. Genoeg wild te spotten, ook rondom het huis. Restaurant Ardelle in Rochefort maakte culinair de vakantie compleet

Schönes, komfortables Ferienhaus in den Ardennen

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern eine schöne Herbstferienwoche in Forrières verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen, komplett ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Vielen Dank an Evelyn für den freundlichen Empfang!

We hebben nog nooit zo'n schoon, comfortabel en compleet ingericht vakantiehuis gehad in de Belgische Ardennen. Het huis is prima onderhouden en het interieur is van hoge kwaliteit. Nieuwe moderne stoelen aan eettafel (dus andere dan op foto), fijne, ruime inloopdouche. Horren voor de slaapkamerramen. Mooi balkon met goede stoelen en zweefparasol. Prachtig, rustig plekje. Wij waren de hele week de enige bewoners in het rijtje van 4 huizen. Geen enkel minpunt of verbetering te bedenken. Een volmondig fantastisch/10.

We hebben genoten van het super schone huis met de heerlijke open haard! Mooie omgeving en goede ontvangst. we zouden dit huis zeker aanbevelen bij anderen en komen misschien in de zomer graag terug.
