Wonderful and cozy hotel. Staff are so friendly and polite. Everything is so clean. I don’t know who is the Chef in the kitchen, but the food soooooo delicious .

The property is clean, the staff is very frienddly and helpful and the breakfast is delicious. You have to try the tapioca made from scratch right in front of you. Yummy! I'll definetly be back for more.

O café da manhã é mto bom, piscina, estrutura, atendimento dos funcionários, só achei que a camareira deveria arrumar o quarto todos os dias, assim como em outros hotéis. Fora esse detalhe é um ótimo hotel para se hospedar.

La ubicación es buena. Pero está sobre una avenida con mucho tránsito, que hay que cruzar para llegar a la playa. Y no tiene semáforos ni senda peatonal…. Nos quedamos es habitación superior. Con hermosa vista. Muy linda habitación. Pero malo el servicio Toallas viejas. Colchón pésimo. La ducha muy buena pero sale MUY POCA agua del lavabo. Horrible el shampoo. Y el jabón hay que reclamarlo día a día … La reserva decía que tenía cafetera, pero la tuve que reclamar varias veces hasta que la trajeron. Lo mismo con las cápsulas Agua de cortesía: Sólo una pequeña botellita el primer día…. Muy amable el personal del desayuno. Pero no el de recepción! No volvería

Excelente estadia

Amamos a estadia. O atendimento é bastante receptivo e o quarto bem confortável. Fica muito perto dos restaurantes e feirinhas. O café da manhã é bem variado.

Razoável para o preço. Acho que a gerência ou administração mudou porque percebemos logo a desorganização desde o café da manhã ao serviço no jantar. Assim como limpeza dos banheiros e a falta de manutenção. Mas nota 10 para a boa vontade e tratamento dos funcionários! Todos muito atenciosos e buscavam ajudar sempre e resolver os problemas que surgiam.
