I was treated extremely well by all the staff. They were incredibly accommodating to me to make my stay great. They honoured a late check out which was very convenient for me to plan my day. The staff in the restaurant also took the time to get to know me and make me feel very welcome. The hotel is well situated for the beach and for other needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing good at this hotel are the employees! They are nice and polite. Wellington ( front desk) was very professional and polite. The hotrr er l need an urgent renovation!

Let's say that I got what I paid for. This hotel has seen better days. Unit was run down. Rusty taps, hard mattress, scratchy, old towels. Location was good - a block from the beach and near restaurants and other amenities. Ok breakfast for Brazilian standards - just brace yourself for loud music while eating. Staff was ok - not awful but not great.

A equipe era atenciosa, mas no café da manhã sempre estava faltando copo, talheres, etc. creio que seja porque o hotel é aberto a passantes e isso acaba sobrecarregando os poucos funcionários que tem.

A localização é boa, porém o quarto ficou aquém do que foi apresentado no anúncio. As toalhas eram antigas e muito finas, e embora o espaço do quarto seja amplo, faltam utensílios que justifiquem esse tamanho. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar. Minha avaliação considera o custo-benefício, especialmente porque optei pelo quarto luxo esperando mais conforto e qualidade, aspectos que, infelizmente, não encontrei.

O quarto ofertado no site tinha uma cama de casal uma de solteiro e quando cheguei no hotel o rapaz disse que não tinha disponível quarto assim duplo! E outra esse hotel deixa muito a desejar quando o assunto é descansar, pq ele tem um restaurante em cima com um pagode com um barulho gigante que parece que estão fazendo a festa dentro do quarto! Impossível dorimir antes de 22h!

Café da manhã razoavelmente variado. Por ser um o rooftop com restaurante aberto para o público, sempre havia muito barulho, principalmente por ter cover no restaurante praticamente o dia todo, no almoço e no jantar, meu quarto era logo à baixo do andar do restaurante, e parecia que todo o som tocava lá dentro, foi o único aspecto que me incomodou. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente, a localização de lá é ótima, e o quarto com espaço muito bom, mas com algumas coisas a desejar, por ser próximo à praia, algumas coisas enferrujadas e cheiro de mofo, mas nada que atrapalhe. No geral foi uma boa estadia!

Foi uma estadia muito boa no geral. Café da manhã gostoso e variado, um detalhe que deveriam rever é o cuidado com os alimentos que em sua maioria fica exposta a moscas, já que ele é servido em ambiente aberto. Só os alimentos quentes ficam protegidos, os outros estavam sem nenhuma proteção e moscas estavam pousando. Os quartos são espaçosos e camas confortáveis. Piscina muito boa no rooftop, bar com aperitivos muito bem servidos e ainda teve música ao vivo no fim de semana.

Quartos grandes e espaços, com sala integrada. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e apenas no quarto havia ar condicionado. Tivemos que dormir com a porta aberta para ventilar a sala, onde nosso filho dormia. No 2º dia colocamos a cama dele no nosso quarto, o que gerou desconforto porque apertou. Havia muitos pernilongos no apartamento, o que gera desconforto também. Café da manhã repetitivo e sem muita atenção com relação à qualidade dos alimentos.
